I recently purchased name labels for daycare for my second child and the ones on his bottle have worn away. The sticker is still there but the image and name is wearing off. I had used theses previously for my first child and those are still going strong, 5 years on. Not like they used to be, the quality is very different and terrible. Hoping to get in touch with them and get a refund.

Had to pay customs tax even though they had an address with .ie they did not make it clear it was an Australian company and refused to refund me. Stay away. It's also late arriving and I bought it as a birthday present but I had to buy something else even though I paid postage.

I ordered 5 fridge magnets with personalized pictures. When they arrived i was in shock, such poor quality of the pictures and the base of the magnet was like a thin cardboard. I mean kmart gives better kids magnets to colour for 3$. I tried to email their customer service before writing this review but no reply. Very poor quality and service.

I bought these labels for daycare items, put them on a brand new water bottle, left it sit for 3 days before washing it (as advised) and the label washed off in the dishwasher first wash leaving the sticky on the bottle!! (It was on top level as advised).
After contacting the company and multiple backwards & forwards emails asking for photos etc they advised me to keep trying the labels & see how it goes!
I will go back to using the previous brand that I was using - although they don't have the great pictures they last longer than 1 wash & are cheaper to replace!

Lost a library bag in transit and they replaced and sent new one within a few days. I have order 2 bags from there before and my daughter is about to start her third year with this hers. Still looks brand new and amazing quality! Also put late label order in with express post and had delivered within the week! The service I have received last week is amazing…

I’ve been purchasing Tiny Me labels for 7 years. The labels for my eldest two children were excellent and still stuck on lunch boxes and drink bottles without any problem. But the latest pack ordered 6 months ago are poorer quality. They have not lasted 6 months on items that require washing. I am now looking at another company to restock labels from now on.

Our daughter received a tinyme puzzle for her birthday - within hours it was destroyed due to the fact that it is not water resistant at all. A product for kids I think should be designed with having in mind that toddlers or kids might take those items in their mouth - in my view clearly not fit for purpose - the pictures say more than 1000 words

I have been purchasing these labels for the last 2 years and the ones I purchased this year have been so terrible! They rip off things easily and the quality of the printing is really poor. My 6 month old had a label on his dummy for a week and his name is almost completely rubbed off. Will never purchase again.

The kid's backpack lining started peeling on the inside after just one week of use. Was coming off in small pieces and sticking to everything inside. The thin material started fraying and the whole thing pretty much fell apart not long after that. Purchased 2 backpacks and the same thing happened on both, each with minimal use and soft handling. Way over-priced and extremely poor quality! Really disappointing. Will not be purchasing from again.

As a customer of Tiny Me for the last 4 years I can safely say that I will never use them again. The quality of the labels has declined over the years and the customer service is now non existent. I’ve spent hundreds over the years and when I missed a sale by 24hrs they refused a discount on an order of over $100. The shipping is never free no matter how much you spend. There are better quality alternatives from businesses that haven’t maximised profits at the expense of customers. Wish I’d never supported this company.

I am so impressed with the customer service from this company. I will definitely be purchasing from this website again.

The mini photo wall stickers are absolutely brilliant!! Assembly was easy with template, now I have gorgeous memories forever. Thanks!!!!

The quality of their labels use to be wonderful and worth the money (orders from 18+ months ago), I received a new order this week and it is clear they have changed their printing and they aren't what they use to be. The latest order (rainbow & unicorn design name labels) look faded and a bit blury and are much more matte. They no longer have the white border on each sticker so dont stand out as much and arent the lovely gloss finish. I use to recomend them but now I will just go with a cheaper company next time. Additionally they use to come in lovely packaging now they are shoved in a standard envelope...

I have ordered products from this company a few times over the last 7 years. The quality of the stickers has most definitely dropped - print quality and longevity. The iron on labels are near impossible to peel off the sheet.

I would not recommend this company.

My sister-in-law brought a small kindy bag and lunch bag for my son in October 2018 for his first birthday to use for kindy. My son was 1 and goes to kindy twice a week. The bag only gets used to put spare clothes in for kindy. The lunch bag was only used for about 6 months for his lunch until the kindy started supplying lunches. The bags cost $72.00.

Earlier this year, I noticed that inside the bag had started cracking. He had the bag for maybe 1.5 years - only using it twice a week to take to kind...
