I am not sure if other mums are like me, but I have found that sifting through the baby paraphernalia does my head in because not only is there a stack of stuff to get, the options are endless. The ladies here have been consistently helpful and incredibly patient with my indecision/poor decisions/lack of decision when buying what I need. I feel almost guilty every time I visit the store with my endless questions but they never bat an eyelid and are soooooo helpful. The only bad purchases I've ever made (which have also been incredibly costly....) have been when I've bought things elsewhere. They have everything you need and I'm not sure how they compete with the larger chains but the prices are ALWAYS better.

The only place to go, as far as I'm concerned. The staff are so attentive and helpful (unlike the other large baby store who I will not name) and they gave me a great deal/discount when I brought my cot change table and pram there. A great range of everything. And service with a smile (and a chat) which can be rare these days. Would recommend to all.

Thank goodness I found this website. I called the store to check if something I wanted was in stock. The lady who answered was very helpful and checked it straight away. I also wanted to know the postage costs and she rang me back after measuring it (it was a folding change table) and getting a price (very reasonable). I then asked if I needed to order it online but she said she could process it over the phone. It was Thurs and my item was delivered on Mon. Thanks!
Great service. Prompt & helpful. Good prices and range of goods.

Got what I wanted fast, ordered over the phone Friday and received Monday, they were by far the cheapest (including the delivery cost around $30 cheaper). I'm in Adelaide and couldn't find where to buy this product locally or at least see it. Product was Baby Bambino Dormire Portacot, Choice No.1 Portacot for 2011.

I will definitely be buying from these guys again, they were courteous, fast, friendly and helpful.
