A very professional team
As managing agents for our home whilst we were overseas for 12 months, Morton were quick to inform and address property matters. They were attentive to detail and worked well for not only the property owner, but also for the tenants.
Monthly statements were on time and clear.

As an offshore landlord, I have been delighted with the service provided over the past years by Morton in general and Jasmin in particular. Always responsive, regularly anticipating my requests and a pleasure to deal with. They are the third managing agent I've used in the area, and potentially the last.

Happy Land lord
It is with pleasure I write this review, Morton and Morton have looked after our property for over fifteen years.
It has never been without a tenant, the property has always been looked after in a very professional way.
I have appreciated the attention from the staff from the beginning with Josh, and the later years with Tyler.
Tyler has always kept us informed she has always been very helpful a pleasure to deal with. Tyler has a very unique and professional understanding of both Landlords and Tenants.
We feel very fortunate to have Tyler and the team looking after our property.

We've rented from Morton for just over a year now, our experience has always been enjoyable. The start had a few issues but only minor. We love the apartment we rent and have great communication with Jasmin - she is always very accommodating

Best property managers and agents in the East!
I have an ongoing relationship with M&M Woolloomooloo for many years, there are second to none when it comes to agents and property managers in the East. I am a tenant and they are most helpful me with anything I need. I have never a thing to complain about. I feel very lucky to rent through them, Tyler and Jasmine are very professional and on the pulse.

Morton Woolloomooloo
Dealing with Tyler at Morton has always been a pleasure. She actions any issues we have, as tenants, as quickly as possible. Whilst we rent here, we also own two apartments ourselves and would be happy to use Morton and Tyler as agents should we need to re-tenant them in the future.

Moreton Team and Staff
The team at Moreton are the most professional real estate entity that I have dealt with. The staff are friendly but most importantly are effective and efficient in handling the business they conduct. A stand out is Tyler and the manager Noel is also available in anyone's absence.

Great team at Woolloomooloo
I wanted to give the team at the woolloomooloo office a good wrap! I have been dealing with Tyler and Jasmine in the rental office and have always been meet with a smile and they have always gone out of there way to assist me.
I have also had dealings with Noel around 2003 and when I lived here previously and was very happy to see he was still in the Woolloomooloo office on my return last year. I have had many conversations with Noel and Josh in regards to purchasing again on the wharf and have found them a wealth of knowledge and have the the upmost faith in there integrity as agents.
All in all I can highly recommend the Morton team and look forward to future dealings with them.

Outstanding Woolloomooloo Office
I have been a client of Morton Woolloomooloo for over 5 years and have nothing but positive words for the whole team. I have bought properties from Noel both on and off market, have two properties under Tylers management, have them both leased efficiently by Dylan and to top it all off I am a tenant of an additional property under their management. Cant be faulted across the board.

Careless and hell bent in making your life miserable
Think Wall Street trader but more like a shark with zero personal skills and as annoying as a drunk when you're sober. Unprofessional, rude, arrogant and misleading. Staff turnover is unsurprisingly high. They will try and trick you in all possible manners - read at least 3 TIMES everything before signing. I lived in London for ten years and even there which is THE CITY full of sharks by definition I never EVER bumped into so much dirt.

Worst Experience Ever
This was one of the most unprofessional and disappointing service I have ever received.
From start to finish it was a nightmare dealing with the agents. We had to chase them up once our application had been accepted and as there were so slow to follow up they easily lost the landlord at least two weeks rent. Errors made with the contract, end date of term and it took over a month to get my bond back. Several unanswered emails that I had to chase up numerous times and no one ever returned my calls.

tsoever. When moving in I received numerous conflicting emails and two seperate agents left the company without handover so I had to chase myself and explain the situation several times. Our completed condition report was lost but when leaving they referenced the original agents condition report (that didn't note the apartment wasn't clean, faulty mouldy shower and dirty vents). Therefore they charged a cleaning service despite the apartment being immaculate on our exit but not even clean on our arrival. Despite requesting photos of areas which were said to be unclean I never received any and after weeks of chasing I just paid to get my bond back. Would urge anyone to avoid at any cost. unethical agency
I've just recently rented via this agency. I had a terrible experience while renting. They are very rude and unprofessional. If there are 10 managers in the agency and all of them love charging with fees what I wasn't entitled for.

Utter cowboys
Slow at getting issues rectified while living in the apartment, and then try to extract every last drop of cash out of your bond when leaving the place despite leaving it in good nick. Utterly disgraceful. I pity anyone who has [name removed] from M&M running their lease in the future (could well be driven by company policy which means they are like this across the board).
If I could give negative stars I would, believe me. Tenants and owners beware - this mob are just out to rip you off.

Rude, arrogant, dishonest
You think of your typical bad real estate agent, think Morton and Morton. All fine when signing the initial lease, but ongoing communication and dealings were shocking. Tried to renew after the initial lease but got nothing but lies in person and refused to send emails in writing confirming a new lease, seriously wasting my time when I could have been looking for something else. Typical cliche real estate attitude of talking down to customers by younger staff members with superior attitude.

Worst of the worst
Incompetent con artists... they are slow/lazy/ignore you when you need something from them... but they are rude and very aggressive when they need something from you. I could fill volumes with stories about them.. but I will just give one piece of advice.
If you absolutely must deal with these "agents" ... make sure to keep very accurate records of everything (dates/photos/emails etc)... they will try to rip you off at every turn (tenants and owners). Make sure to deal with them only over email. They will try to do everything over the phone (so there is no record and so they can try to quickly hoodwink you while youre thinking on your feet)
The pros are that I dont have to deal with them anymore
The cons are that these agents are cons

Agents have no respect to the code of conduct
Unreliable, unreasonable, agents have no respect to the code of conduct, I cleaned the unit paid for all the cleaning, still they want me to pay 224 (Apartment Cleaning) + 114 (Carpet Cleaning) + 110 (Pest Cleaning)...rip you off by using their own cleaners.....not so happy with the real agent....they really sucks

Best avoided
I agree with the earlier review; this agent has no credibility at all. They want the tenants to be responsible for pre-existing damages (photographs of incoming rental report be damned) and return old flats (read at least 15 years old) in a brand new condition. When we initially moved in the flat was handed over to us with the bathroom clogged and dirty and the flat dirty and dusty. Agents where fantastic !
I am not sure what that last review was about because I found the team at Morton & Mortonto be very professional and on the ball.
I could highly recommend them as agents who look after there tenants and also landlords.
I rented with them and ended up thinking they where that great that when I bought a property they managed it :)
Ontine, helpful, service, get hands dirty, communication.
