Purchased this so call "Premium Protektiv Car Care products, Protektiv Complete Leather Pack" back in 2017, the leather has turned yellowish and of course the claim has been rejected. Should have saved up this $1500, what a waste of money.

I took my Car in to have the Paint Protection looked at. Holden dealer had done a really bad job and my car looked crap. I spoke to Harley, he was great listened to all my concerns and agreed to fix it up. He did an amazing job, my car looks super shiny again ! It rained last night I was a bit worried, went out today hosed it off wiped it with a cloth and it was back to perfect again. Thanks Harley, Amazing service !

I got the best service from Darren you could ever ask for. I got Hydro both exterior and interior protection, inc’ window tint applied to my new Ford Endura ST, I have had so many comments on its fantastic finish. These products not only protect the finish but saving me time when cleaning.

Arranged to have the paint finish on my car looked at, as I was experiencing trouble getting it to look as clean as it should be. Took the car in at the arranged time and was met by Harley, who understood my concerns and in no way made me feel as though my problem was invalid. Everything was explained fully including what he proposed to do. When I went back to pick up the car I was absolutely blown away by the presentation of the vehicle, they went over and above what I was expecting. The car looked awesome, even removing scratches and blemishes that we had picked up in carparks etc..
Could not recommend MotorOne and Harley highly enough, love their attitude and work.

Thanks to Harley and the team for reapplying the ProtectivKit and giving my car the attention it deserved. I initially bought the product when i purchased my car at Mazda and I'm not convinced I received the product I purchased as my car exterior and interior were disgusting! However, the team at MotorOne fixed that right up, gave me the knowledge to car for the ProtectivKit (that Mazda didn't!) and he even threw is a free bottle of shampoo for my car. Thanks heaps team. Hi recently purchased a black ex demo jaguar f pace, the dealer ship applied the hydro protective product however didn’t prepare the car properly before application.
I live 2 hours from Melbourne and as soon as Darren found out what happened offered to get in the car and come and rectify
We decided to get the best result I would come to Melbourne and have the ceramic coating stripped back and Re done in the Burwood warehouse

All in all I am very happy with the customer service and look forward to seeing how the product stands up

car was purchased new some years ago & we were sold tint by the aftermarket sales person given a fancy six star solution tin with our life time warranty certificate in it. after some years the rear tint stated to fail eventually we contacted the dealer only to get the run around, after some time arranged for tint to be replaced, only upon taking to dealer to find that they would not do all the windows that were failing, would remove all faulty tint but only retint rear window. this does not sound like life time warranty would never purchase again

Xpack product used on our 2014 vehicle and had a few bug marks.?? We placed our warranty claim, Motorone responded quickly and Martin Ball (claims & product manager) came to our home to remove the marks & buffed the area and now the car is back to perfect again. Martin answered any queries and was extremely helpful and professional. Martin was kind enough to give us free bottle of car shampoo. Thank you Martin

Motor one is a great car dealer ship I was very happy with the service. But i paid an extra $995 for smart kote paint protection and leather protection and I had bat poo burn through my paint within a year. I made a claim and got it fix but the guy said it looks like it had worn off. "Life time warranty" definitely not. My leather is dirty and hasnt been protected from stains and has not cracked and my car has sun damage. It doesn't work!

Car was Tinted by MotorOne and rear window bubbled so much for their lifetime Warranty only covers the owner not the car. Who keeps a car for a lifetime?? False advertising!!
