This is too harsh on delicate skin. It scratches the skin while you are removing it.

Not worth applying for the temporary skin results, i.e slight glow and firming.

Also it doesn't stickup against their "economical" argument - Australian Laser Clinics frequently have 50% off and specials, which is far more convenient, results driven and better than this product.

I’ve had facials at salons before, but my perfect facial is so easy to use and far cheaper than salon visits, my skin has never looked better, gone are the fine lines and much firmer smoother skin is now left, love this product

I have noticed a small difference in the skin under my chin but nowhere else, I guess because I really don’t have wrinkles yet. The smell is disgusting, I can hardly bear to use it for that reason. I’ve also run out of gel after 4 uses but have lots of powder leftover, bit of a waste if I don’t buy more.

I have normal skin (not sensitive), have used millions of different products on my face, and never before have I had a seriously bad experience until I tried my perfect facial. I was really excited to try the product, it arrived in good time and the packaging was nice enough... But then I put it on. It felt fine while I was wearing it, no stinging or anything like that, but when I removed it, I found that the blood vessels under my eyes had burst, and the skin on my nose and cheeks was red and burning. The burning sensation eventually calmed down but the burst blood vessels will be with me for the rest of my life! And I have very pale skin so it's really obvious. This product has ruined my face and I am so, so sad :( just want to cry.

I was so excited to try this product that I couldn’t wait till it arrived,
I tried it the first time and saw no difference, so I thought wait and see after the treatment ends... Well I have finished my course of 5 treatments, and can only say that my skin feels softer, but there is no difference what so ever. Very disappointing, I won’t be purchasing this again...I don’t understand what transformation it does to other people?? I saw that I lost my well earned money, on something useless.

I used this for the first time yesterday and today my skin is so hydrated I cant' quite believe it. I found it very easy to apply and actually enjoyed the tightening feeling as it dried. The collagen soak was amazing - just felt it sinking in to my skin. Excellent product for me (62 yro ) Would like to know if its ok to use every day?

I love my perfect facial and previously had excellent results right from the very first application but this new batch is causing a Burning sensation towards end of time and after removal and doesn't seem to be doing much. I have used my perfect facial in the past and didn't experience this before but with the new batch I received it has occurred 3 times. I don't have sensitive skin at all and was wondering if there has been a change in the formula.

I've been using this product since Feb and I love it. It's great for reducing wrinkles but it's also ideal as a wrinkle preventative. My skin feels fresh with a really nice glow.

I swear by this product, as a beauty therapist I have been in the industry for 7 years and have been using this and recommending it for year. I used this before the re branding and it has only made it easier to use. The coverage is great and it's helped reduce my frown lines hugely. Prevention is key so I use it on my self and also reccomend it to my family and friends also. My skin always feels amazing and fresh after.

I have used this facial for the about the last 6-8 months. My skin has never felt or looked better! Im at the once a week stage of the application and i have to say its the best i have ever tried, even better when used in conjuction with the day and night creams. Just love it!

I have very dry skin but I have noticed a difference using this it feels soft spongy and smooth it’s amazing! I am hooked now lol I’ve even got my sister using it to and she’s the same as me she loves it too. My confidence is going through the roof. I no i am looking better the amount of people that have said ur looking really good tina is crazy and I tell them thank you it’s my new wrinkle cream you should try it and tell them about the my perfect facial and my perfect eyes! I just can’t stop raving about them lol

This is the craziest facial I’ve ever done. It tightens on your face and makes you look like you’re wearing ageing make up, then you wash it off and it’s amaze. My skin is fresh and firm for days after using. I used it 2x a week for the first 3 weeks and now I’m just using it once a week or before events :-)

I am a beauty therapist in Australia and I have never used a product that makes my skin feel like My perfect facial does instantly. Very easy to use and can also use it after a microdermabrasion treatment which I have done! Give it a go ladies

I'm 53 and this product does exactly what it says it does. Lifts,tightens firms and tones. A must have product. I love looking younger. When people say how great you look, you know you've found the right product.

Tried the 10 pack, followed instructions and frequency. Total waste if money and hope. Did not see the slightest difference, not even with the soft wrinkles and definitely NO LIFTING whatsoever. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews.

Received product today and applied as directed for the full 30 minutes. Absolutely no difference. No lift or firming. People also claim leaves skin soft and “glowing” but any supermarket facial mask achieves that. Very disappointing. Will try one more, if same results will return for refund. Feels like a scam/ rip-off at this point.

I purchased the 10 pack. I am 65 ex smoker with lip lines nose lines and others developing. My skin feels more firmer. I see this facial is definitely an item I will be using regularly. Very happy with the outcome. I do leave it on for the max too. I have tried other night cream so my skin tone is slightly better than when I started. Well I tried this facial and it is the best.The deep wrinkles are much less deeper and some are almost toned out.
