Terrible customer communication
I detected a mistake on the order 1 minute after I paid and tried to contacts mydeal stright away to correct it to no avail.
No phone number, no answer to my email, then they proceeeded with dispatch which makes it harder to correct the mistake.
Never again . It is good when all goes well, however very hard to communicate at all if you run into some trouble . No one has responsibility for anything.

Easy to use
Saw the product on Google shopping. Site navigation was easy, description was clear and easy to read. Purchase and payment process was simple and email notification about next steps was prompt and easy to follow. This is a platform review.

I bought an item and seller provided a fake shipment number. I couldn’t contact the seller to begin with as platform states it takes two business days to have tracking number working. I contacted courier and was told no such tracking number. I kept trying to contact the platform but their call centre never answer the call and auto cuts off in 20 mins. I finally got to send email to seller after 20 days I purchased the item but no response. I asked for refund no response. respond. So after ONE whole month I put in the order, seller decided to ship the item with another shipment number and respond to me without mentioning my request to refund. I did not know i was not dealing with the supplier
i round a site selling an Iphone 6 and looked at the product and details and made the purchase. I did not realise i was dealing with a "broker" third party. Perhaps that makes it good as the whole transaction was seamless. Yet to receive the goods but it is well within the time indicated for delivery

Bad/non-existent customer service
No reply to my email of a few days ago, therefore lacking in customer service in my opinion. Makes me suspicious that this company is anything more than just a warehouse with a customer interface auto website.

Takes too long to get refund
My order was refunded by the supplier on 15 /4 /2020 I still haven't received the money in my account on the 1/5/2020 have contacted My Deal via email and have not received a response

Very misleading - not a great customer experience
Make sure you do your research - you are NOT getting a 'deal' with MyDeal! They charge ontop of their suppliers as opposed to securing discounts for their customers, as their name would like to lead you to believe. And when you bring this to their attention they refuse to even match the price or refund the difference. I would highly recommend you looking at catch.com instead! Will never use this sit again.

Great purchase. Don't know how we coped without it.
Navigating the store is a breeze. They are other similar items so that we always have a choice, not having to settle on just the one. Much better than having to go into town, which we can't do now anyway. It will be great having this store, because our lives will be changed forever with the Coronavirus. We had only been worried about one of the purchases, which turned out to be our not using it properly (old age), but we had instant response and the offer of money back...SO, MUCH APPRECIATED. Just love this quilt cover!
MyDeal is my go to store for manchester. It’s always easy to find what I want too. The quality is as described in the advertising which makes me happy. I find the delivery period to be accurate and, all in all, it’s a good shopping experience.

Generally, a good condition device may have some obvious signs of wear on the housing or LCD, but for accurate details we recommend getting in touch with the seller directly.
