mine was 13 May and did not receive. but today, received an email with voucher saying "don't forget to use voucher". i cannot see on myer mob app though.

Thank you replied. I hope that I will get an email like yours. At lease it came... I think there is something wrong with their IT or some kind of setting is not right though.

You enter the card number and access code under Payment method >Gift or reward card + Access Code on the Check Out page, then click Add Card

Log into your Myer One account and they will be there to see.

I purchased something from Myer today and was told if I sign up to Myer One they will keep my receipt on file if I need it. Hope this helps.

Contact Myer One online or by phone. You can use the app on your phone without physically having the card.

You cant add receipts from before you joined MyerOne. Anything from time of establishing is ok. You could try and ask by ringing MyerOne contact centre but like most things you cant backdate points.

They told me on the phone that you can't add receipts from the app - you have to log in via the website. Then go to Transactions - and there is a button to "Report Missing Transactions" - you can only add up to TWO receipts per year. Hope that helps!

I received my Myer birthday voucher on the day of my Birthday & at 9.15am EST. I also received another email birthday voucher from them a month later. I told them about it & at first they said it was a "reminder email" & then later after I mentioned the value/date of the voucher was current, they said it was a "glitch in their system". So if you get a 2nd birthday voucher email the month after your birthday, even though the value/ date is current, there's actually no money on that 2nd voucher so be careful & also before you use your voucher check your Myer One points & take a screenshot of it. I had -985 points after they issued my 1st birthday voucher & make sure you spend the whole $10 voucher in 1 transaction, otherwise you'll lose the remaining credit. Hey Emma, maybe you could try https://retail.myergiftcards.com.au/login.aspx enter in your MyerOne card number & your access code. There's a serial number code there that might be the actual voucher number thing you're looking for :)

Hi I got a birthday voucher a few weeks ago. Tried to use it in store and they said it wouldn’t work. I emailed them and appears they the cashier put through ONE CENT successfully (which was not used against my purchase either) it’s a single use voucher and they will not reissue the $10 birthday voucher.
You can use it online If u create a Myer account and link your Myer one (that’s how I confirmed mine had been redeemed) or risk shopping in store and have the cashier muck it up like I did.

Hi! I got the same email and I had no idea how to use it online. I couldn't find it on my Myer account, even though I'd linked my Myerone card. How I managed to find how to use it was by downloading the myer one app. When you login to the app, there's a rewards section and it'll display your birthday voucher and its actual barcode code. and then you'll be able to use that during checkout.
