Even though my application was denied I still had a really great interaction between the friendly and polite customer service representatives who really understood everything and made me feel comfortable at the same time.

great service for those days that you really need it.quick and simple forms and acceptance and the funds are in my account within a few hours.thankyou for your service,ill definently be using again.

Hassle free. Email service slow response but as per every other company in the world....response time met the same expectations as others. Easy, no probs. Text alerts for repayments, I found to be a great reminder

Poor customer service, super quick to offer loan at a very high rate but when came time for payments harassed with 3 text messages as well as emails EVERY fortnight

Customer service was easy to contact. Though I never seemed to get a correct answer to the exact extra costs going on to my account.
I amextrememly dissapointed with the interest and booking fees. It seems unclear. The interest rates are unbelievably high.

Had like 2 different remaining balances which weren't very clear ended up being charged $18 instead of the $6 that got tacked on after paying atleast 400 for $200 loan hope they get investigated soon

The application process was quick and easy and approval happened straight away. It was great not being harassed by phone calls like some do. Money was in straight away and payment process was the easiest Ive ever had to do with loans. Thank you so much.

Wouldn’t wish this company upon anyone I used this as a last resort due to being a stay at home mother and needed to pay my power etc as work and income couldn’t help me. I’m nearly done paying the loan off but all of a sudden they have ghosted me wth sent them emails asking if they have received my recent payment as I wanna be on top things for when crap hits the fan coz it has before I would reckon mend not using this easy service as you pay twice as much back from wat u got take screenshots of every payment you make to them.as they try and twist crap saying they can’t see payments blah blah blah

I was helped out in a time of need. I really appreciated the service. The service was very fast. I had to pay more than I expected but that is OK. I was helped in a time of need. All paid now.

I found this service to be rather quick and efficient the application process was quiet simple and easy . However the repayments are a little high to my liking. “ each to their own “ all in different financial circumstances obviously. that would be the only constructive criticism I would have to say .

Everything was fine with my loan but I did notice that the repayments were different from the ones on the contract but it didn't matter it's all paid now so thank you

Really good when out of the blue you all of a sudden need cash fast. Paid within hour. Also if you want lower interest you can pay back as one payment 3 weeks from the day of your loan. Which I found great .

Very professional and fast, login to my account was the only problem I’m presenting at the time my loan was active. I’ll use again if I have to. Thanks to all

As long as your payments are on time, I found there was no problems. Read everything before I accepted the loan and kept my part of the bargain. Good on ya MyFi. Thanks

no fuss fast easy process paid off fast with no hassles. very thankful for myfi got paid on the same day of application. Dont need to sign loads of papers

Needed money pretty much as i had medical expenses for me baby and was short so i took a leap of faith and it paid off thank you mifi you helped me when i needed it
