MyPayNow

My pay now was part of a scam used to deposit fund into our account after not verifying false documents submitted to them. The funds were immediately returned to them however they proceeded to direct debit the funds + interest out of our account they now have no record of. All seems a bit suss. The frustrating part about an online only company - no overheads so they can make even more cash - is that having no one to actually speak to is incredibly frustrating. I have contacted customer service numerous times with requests they get back pretty quickly and nothing seems too hard for them. I feel like other providers would have used my situation to their advantage and charged me but this crowd didn't .
