The product does remove hair but feels like it removed my skin.. definitely not suitable for sensitive skin, a rash came up a soon as I took it off and has a burning feeling. So annoyed.

Do not use this product if you have sensitive skin. It burns and I actually lost some skin on a patch on my leg.

I have similar sensation and it burnt a lot. I hope it doesn't damage my skin anymore further. Never had this kind of experiences before with other hair removal products.

The cream didn't work at all and it's just a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The brand itself has constantly disappointed me with their terrible formulas and though I have tried only a few of their products, I think that this brand is a farce for making me pay for a product that doesn't do as described.

Very grainy ruff cream Seems like pieces of glass or plastic through it. Dosnt remove the hair very well at all. Rang the company and they said they have had complaints about this before. They said they have had it tested and they reckon it's bits of crystalised cream.

Product worked fine on my legs but when I applied to my bikini line( which products states that you can) for a total of 8 minutes. I tell you not my reproductive organ was on bloody fire.

I was very disappointed with this wax. It was slow to heat up and despite following the instructions exactly, this wax did not work. It became brittle and broke, or when I managed to pull it off in a strip, it failed to remove 95% of the leg hair. Now I have to go on holiday with dreadfully hairy legs. That will teach me to leave it to the last minute to try a new product. Save your time and money and skip this product.

I used it as the directions said and felt it burning on my left leg so went to take a shower and for 3 days I'm in the worst pain, can't sleep cuz it hurts when the sheet touches it or anything. Now I have skin peeled off by it.

I too used this product and after the recommeded time removed it with little hair removed. I redid it the next day and still no hair removed. I will not be recommending this product to anyone.

I have sensitive skin. I did the patch test yesterday on my chin and it was fine. An hour ago I applied the cream to my whole face and it started burning and stinging really bad. I took it off straight away and the water stung my face. Now it's really sore and red and painfully and ugly. I literally do not recommend this to anyone! I'm so disappointed and I even cried about it.

Got a facial wax a few weeks ago and naturally the hair grew back. Instead of going and waxing again I thought I would give nair a go. Wow. After applying it for 3 minutes on patches of my skin where hair was visible, I used a damp cloth to remove the cream and the hair just came off so easily. I am so happy with this product and will DEFINITELY use and recommend it. Not to mention my skin is feeling amazing and smooth!

Used this thirty minutes ago now and even after doing good a patch test to ensure I wouldn't have an adverse reaction, my lip feels like it's on fire! I left it on for four minutes total (three minutes didn't remove any hair) and followed all instructions to the letter. I don't appreciate Nair for advertising this as a product for 'sensitive' skin given that it has left me with a swollen, red, burning upper lip - I gave it 2 stars because it does remove the hair. I know tomorrow I will wake up with little pimples across my upper lip, I'll write an update tomorrow.

Used this on my neck and it was fine however even after soaking hair beforehand AND leaving the cream on for longer than suggested it still didn't remove the hair properly.

A few weeks later I used it on my face. After a fine patch test on my cheek I applied it to the sides of my face and upper lip. Had to wash it off within 3 minutes because of how badly it was burning me. I now have blisters and redness on my face, and the hair is still there!

I used this product for my "sensitive skin" and I did I test patch to make sure I didn't react to it, and I didn't Over the 48 hours so I went ahead and and used it on my back. A week later and THE WORST ACNE appeared. Gross and painful! Not impressed.

Been looking for a solution on my hairy legs. just recently my officemate recommended me this product since his brother has been using it for sometime. so i asked him to buy one for me. when i applied it on the first time ( small amount to check if i have some allergic reaction, thank God i dont have) i was amazed how the hair was removed. then i applied it for the second time on half of my leg and after 10mins. OMG, it was perfect. it doesnt leave any rashes and my skin was smooth.

Admittedly I only used this for the first time tonight, I have been nervous to try any hair removal creams having had chronic eczema (at times requiring hospitalisation & 10 months of the year steroid treatment). I've also had some reactions to bleaching products and other hair removal creams from various other brands.

I can confidently report that at this stage I have had a brilliant experience, tried to remove after 3 minutes yet needed more time, after 8 minutes I removed it all, no negative side affects on my eczema and as far as I can see there has been no chemical burns.
Will comment tomorrow if anything changes however I am beyond stoked that I have been able to find a product (so far) that has not negatively effected my eczema!

I really like this product the other brands give me a chemical burn
Read instructions and follow them wash off after 10 mins. Not much smell and I didn't get a skin reaction to the cream all good in my book.
Leaves skin feeling great no chemical burn smells better then the others
Missed a few hairs had to leave on slightly longer then 10 mins but i wouldn't recommend that

This is a good hair removing cream which is gentle to use and goes on smoothly. I think it comes with its own applicator spatula, which makes life easier and less messy. It takes about 10minutes to work and just washes off in the shower. I havent had any reactions from this cream, although they say on the box to test a small area first. I feel safer using this one because its for sensitive skin and it seems gentler to use.
This is a good hair removing cream that I have used several times. It works well and because its for sensitive skin, I havent had any reactions or problems with it.
There is nothing I dislike about this product.
