Tap the trip to edit, tap the desired waypoint in the trip then tap Delete then select OK. The one which the wife has works very well and has not given any problems at all I gave the initial charge to both units at the same time BUT the unit which I gave to myself continually runs out of charge nearly all the time even when going to Sydney the other day it did not work for quite some time and unfortunately it malfunctioned in an area where I had not been before. Most disappointing,,, maybe the in car connecting cable could be faulty????? any ideas Navman users and Navman experts????? PLEASE!!!

My opinion is to get your money back.
Can the magnetic mount be disconnected, or is it permanently connected after the first connection?
Hi Gary - I agree - initially seemed permanent had difficulty removing from magnet but it will move off magnetic pad after a few attempts. Mine won’t stick to windscreen or dash/ despite surfaces being cleaned. Frustrating! Jan

Thanks for the reply. Once I had put the whole unit together, I found that I could get them apart.
I am able to fix to the windscreen (the dash has a mottled surface). Maybe your screen needs a wipe with a windscreen cleaner....

If yes, then please perform the following steps to isolate the problem. A. Charge the device by the Navman in-car power adaptor or the Navman AC adaptor for at least 20 mins. B. Perform a hard reset by pressing the tiny hole located on the back using a pin or paper clip for about 5-10 seconds. Please do it while the device is connected to the power source. C. Turn the device on. Please note: D. The in-car power supply needs to have the green light glowing on the part that is inserted into the 12v socket of the car to confirm power is being received from the vehicle. E. If the green light does not light up, the in-car power adaptor could be faulty. Please either test the in-car power supply in another vehicle or test the car’s cigarette port with another charging device. F. If the in-car power adaptor is faulty and your device is within warranty, we can send a replacement in-car power adapter to you. If the device turns on, give the device a good charge with: o NAVMAN In-Car power adaptor for 3 hours o NAVMAN AC adaptor for 3 hours o Charging via the computer USB port for 24 hrs If no and you are still having a problem with it, then please contact our email support team at [email protected] . Read mores found that the batteries on most Satnav don't last long. If it persists email support at Navman. I ended up sending mine back for repairs. If you do send it back make sure you get a reference number, you can use it for further repairs. Try connecting to computer & see if do MAP UPDATE. Second option is leave Navman "ON" until battery goes completely FLAT., overnight then recharge see if problem still occurs. Otherwise I have no idea. Contact "tech support" at NAVMAN.
