The neff oven is great - cooks evenly and has great features.
Neff has THE WORST customer service ever! I have 3 neff products and have not had one call satisfactorily resolved. My oven needs its first clean, but I can’t work out how to remove the telescopic racks, so I can’t do it. Customer service can not help and cannot provide instructions.
I bought from harvey Norman - who have offered excellent after sales service. The test kitchen at south Melbourne market is excellent too.

This oven is excellent in that it cooks evenly and doesn't burn but after a certain time, an automatic message comes up saying it needs to have a self-clean which takes 1 hour and so far, has not been necessary as it's perfectly clean. I ignored it a few times but eventually operated the self-clean function as the instruction manual says it is important to do it, but as there was nothing to clean so was a complete waste of time.
