Simple and Easy to use
This is a great, affordable coffee machine. So easy to use and it makes great tasting coffee (and hot chocolate) quickly and quietly too! We have tried a variety of coffee pods in the machine and they all come out perfectly blended. Each compartment can be taken out and wiped over or put into the dishwasher and then reassembled very easily!

Christmas Gift
We have had this coffee machine for close to 2 years now and it is reliable and easy for all ages to use. It's great for a quick coffee fix and has worked perfectly for us for the past 2 years. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a coffee machine that is reliable and extremely simple to use.

My son got for me
I'm so happy with this coffee machine. My son knows I love coffee and got this Christmas. I get my coffee pod for Nescafé online. It easy to use. It did take me awhile to get used to how to put pods in, I would always put them in backwards. It's easy to clean just pull the draw out and wash and the rest wipe over.

Easy quick fix in the morning
The coffee made by this is good however it all depends on the capsules that you get. As an avid coffee drinker needing a quick fix in the morning, this is the go to. Having a milk frother does help in enhancing the experience when i do decide to make one during the weekend. Extremely easy to use and clean its a must have!

Great little coffee machine
This easy to use coffee machine from Nespresso is great. Quick and easy to use and comes with its own milk frother for making perfect capuccinos. Coffee tastes delicious especially if you use the Nespresso capsules. Easy to keep clean just remember to fill the water tank and remove the used capsules.

You can't go wrong with Nespresso
We really enjoy the Nespresso machines, they are super easy to use, cleaning is a breeze and the coffee comes out at cafe quality! I really couldn't fault this little gem!
I have had other, cheaper versions of it but always ended up returning them after a couple of uses due to the coffee tasting like soap

Reasonable
This is reasonably easy to used, takes getting used to. The coffee it makes smells really good. The milk frother it comes with is great and can make cold or hot, but the cold froth does not froth up very well. It is easy to clean and I recommend this product.

High hopes-- just okay....
I wish I'd waited to buy the coffee w/free maker at Coles a month later, actually. No matter what, only the over-priced Nespresso capsules work in this machine.
Even when using their own brand, it delivers a very weak coffee for the full setting. I have to use two pods. Unacceptable.
To use it, I have to be VERY careful when inserting the pods-- I have to insert, push about 1/2", then reach into the small gap & life the pod end so it lines up properly.
It feels like the unit doesn't puncture the pods correctly.
Cleaning is a bit tedious, but to be expected.

Great machine to have for a perfect coffee at home
My husband and I are coffee lovers and bought this machine to have great coffee at home. It does not occupy a huge space and makes a perfect cup every time. Saves us heaps of money instead of buying from the cafe nearby. There is also lots of choice for the capsules. Love it!

No good
We had this, but the novelty wore off pretty quickly. We used it for a small while and no it sits in a cupboard. Not een worth selling, probably throw it out. The milk mixer was the most annoying part, the milk continuously burnt at the bottom and you had to clean it every time after use and you could only mix one cup full of milk at time. Would not recommend, plus the look has dated very quickly.

Fabulous machine and cute
I really love this little machine having owned so many different espresso machines in the past (Saeco fully auto, Breville and Sunbeam manual machines, stove top espresso, Caffitaly <which always broke down on me> etc). It is so easy to use and perfect in the morning when I desperately need a shot to get going! I have tried every capsule out there, and that really does make a difference on whether the coffee is good or not. The L'or are alright, in particular the gold (9), purple (10) and black (11). But, it is worth trying the Nespresso pods. ...Read more
I think the best ones are the Arpeggio, Ristretto, Khazar and Roma if you like a strong shot. And the Aerocinno is fabulous...I can produce an excellent coffee with with both. (But do recycle the pods.)Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Works as described
We Got this as present and the coffee machine works well without issue.
The machine has easy cleaning process too, the instruction manual is clear on the cleaning steps.
Definitely recommend to try this out if you're new to coffee pods. Afterwards, you can move to a more expensive machine.

Amazing
After Buying this coffee machine after getting sick of spending so much money on the drive through coffee shop and only having the boring powder coffee, it has change my life, now i have a real coffee every morning without spending a fortune and the coffee tastes just as good as the coffee shops. The cleaning of the machine is easy and i love that i can have a few coffees and then empty it out. Also it is so easy to you, turn it on wait, put your pod in pull down out a button, heat and froth you milk (add a tiny bit of water to the bottom before adding you milk and it will never burn) tip in the milk and there you have a world class coffee.

Good starter for nespresso lover
Compact, easy to use, makes great coffee.
It's simple to use and came with a selection of pods to allow you to trial different coffee strengths and flavors. I've been using compatible pods purchased online and they've been great as well.
Easy to clean.
hardly use milk froth but coffee tastes still good enough, but most of times you have to use microwave to have it at the right temperature.
You can also use cash back $40, which took about 2 months to be received.

Ok for the price point especially if you get it on sale
Easy to use and mostly easy to clean. Does the job and for the price point, I can't complain especially after the sales discount. It doesn't feel as robust as other models so hopefully it doesn't breakdown on me any time soon. I'm hoping it will last at least 2 years. Fingers crossed.

Excellent tasting coffee!
Very good machine that's easy to use and very reasonably priced. I've tried other pods but none come close to the quality of Nespresso so it's well worth investing in one of their machines. This one is easy to operate and maintain. I paid around $150 about a year ago and it's still working great. A little tip - if you use filtered water and let it run through the machine after each cup of coffee for about 5 seconds you won't have to worry about descaling. Highly recommended!

Budget brew
This is our third Nespresso machine and has been working well to date. A slim build and detachable frother makes it more versatile if you are tight with space in the kitchen. The frother is usually the first to have problems due to wear and tear and the capacity is really good for one cup for the likes of lattes. Its probably the cheapest in the range

Extremely Easy To Use
The taste of the coffee is perfect and the best part of the machine is how easy it is to use! I don't mind the cleaning part as it literally takes two seconds. Love this thing and would be happy to recommend it to anyone out there looking for a simple and easy coffee machine.

Can I use any other brand capsules in this machine please?

yes any nespresso compatable capsules work. Can buy them at coles and woolies etc :)
I have the same machine only in black. The one thing I have noted with most Nespresso machines is that generally, the supposed compatible aftermarket capsules do work but they tend to leak around the capsule into the drip tray.ie the water tank empties out quicker than with the Nespresso cartridges. This is mostly because the newer Nespresso cartridge design has an extra sealing taper on the bottom (like a two-step seal) which a number of aftermarket ones don't have as they are flat bottomed with one step only.
The aftermarket coffees are OK for the most part. A number we have tried are: Vittorio Italian ( 1 step tends to be weaker but the flavour is ok), Moccona Lungo, LOR expresso, PNG, Columbia and Sublime (2 step flavour good), Lavazzo expresso, Lungo, Armentino 1 step leaks a bit but is ok. There are many you can try but its really a personal taste and the double step seems to work better. The single step cartridges may result in watered down coffee which doesn't taste as nice. Also it means keeping an eye on the drip tray to ensure you don't overflow it.
The Nespresso cartridges flow water well through them but as far as flavour is concerned some can be a bit bitter or stronger than aftermarket. It depends a lot on how you like your coffee. I've been looking at refillable cartridges on the net with the ability to put your home ground preferred coffee brand in them but haven't tried this yet. This was mainly to see if this is a cost and quality effective route for a good coffee on this machine. We also don't use the frother which came with the Inissia unit as we nuke our milk in the microwave when doing a number of coffees in a short time. An earlier Nespresso machine we had had a frother failure early so we found the microwave to be easier and less clean up.

Is this machine quite noisy? Not sure if it a machine or we purchased a faulty one.
3 answers
Yes, mine (also red) was very noisy, so after 12 months of complaints from my husband about the level of noise, I replaced it with a Delonghi (stainless steel sides) Pixie this month. I am beginning to think that there might have been something wrong with my Inissia machine and I should have taken it bit. Too late now... However, interestingly, my first Nespresso machine was a much older model (cannot remember what it was called, but it have a wide silver body) was also a Delonghi and it was much quieter than the Breville Inissa.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
I dont have a problem with the machine being very noisy, about the same as my other home machine. The brewing only takes a matter of seconds so dont have an issue. I guess noise can be a subjective quality. We use this machine mainly for travelling in caravan so I am just happy to have espresso on hand.
