Convient to use, good taste
a very good machine for the coffee lover, so easy to make a cup of fine coffee. and the good point is you can choose what flavour by yourself. have used for more than 2 years now and still in good condition. the only concern is don't like to spend time washing the inner of the milk spender.

Breville Brand fan.
We have always trusted Breville brand, and yet again we beleive that they have not let us down. This is our first coffee machine, and we have found it simple to use. It is quite fast to warm up whenever we turn it on, and makes a rather nice cup of coffee. I love the froth on my cuppa, so if any improvements could be made, then a better quality frother is all I would like, but that is being picky. I find it is an easy to clean, aslong as you don't let the frother sit around all day after you use it.

Makes good coffee
I am happy with this machine. They have one at an office I sometimes visit, so I knew what they were like, and what the coffee would taste like, before I bought. It is convenient, easy to use and clean, and the quality of the coffee is consistent, so I am happy

not that impreesed
not very happy with strength of coffee but it is easy to use and ok to clean my husband cleans it and finds it quite easy I prefer much stronger coffee and would rather use a traditional espresso machine as the taste is better and it is much more economical as the capsules are quite expensive

Pretty good
The machine works fine. Quite loud compared to other models. I found that even the strongest pods to be too weak, so i have stopped using it. Fine if you want a very small coffee. I was having to use 2 or 3 pods per mug & it got too expensive.

So good till become addicted
I have been using this machine everyday without fail. It's so easy to use and clean. The compact size makes it easy to put anywhere in the kitchen. It also has a modern style and good color of choices. I'm thinking to get another one to bring it to the office !

Very good value for money
I'm a bit of a coffee snob however, recently moved house and I no longer have a cafe downstairs. I decided to go for a separate uni because of the cost. The coffee taste is more so dependant on the quality of the capsules, so I've found that spending a bit more money here makes the end product exponentially better. I do like my coffee extra hot and this is not possible to do on this machine, so a temp setting for the milk would be very useful.

Excellent!
Very happy with this little machine. Perfect coffeee at the right temperature and very reliable. Taste depends on the coffee pods but it comes with a welcome pack to trial them all out. The accompanying milk frother does a great job as well for cold or hot milk. Easy to clean with almost no mess. Very good value coffee machine for the price.

Aericcino failing after few weeks
So a few weeks after buying this unit my Aericcino stopped frothing milk at alll. It only seemed to be heating the milk up. I tried numerous types of milk as I am aware the protein/ fat content of milk can give varying results however my unit would froth no milk at all. On contacting Nespresso Customer Service I was informed that it was the type of milk I was using. I have now tried over 10 different types of milk and none will forth. On searching wround the internet this is a very common problem. Very poor Nespresso - rip off agents!

Great coffee and easy to use
My daughter gave this to me for Christmas. I'm an avid coffee drinker, and have collected many machines in the past, having resisted the temptation of the benefits of capsule machines, believing that "good" coffee, could only be made by manually brewing, or using a manual coffee machine.
I was wrong!
I've enjoyed 4-6 cups a day since opening this gift 10 days ago, it's really that good! Along with the milk frother, a very professional cappuccino can be had anytime.
Now the machine has stopped working.......I had four coffees yesterday, and w...Read more

Finally a great machine - after 3 previous other brand machines failed
We had previously tried 2 versions of Aldi's machines and had issues with leaking and cold coffee. Then we tried one of the Caffitaly machines from Woolworths. It too had a mysterious leak that came and went - finally we were so annoyed with it that we returned it.
Uncertain of what to do next we looked on Product Review and found this one. It makes fantastic hot coffee (my wife prefers it strong). It also has a small footprint - so does not take up too much bench space.
The 16 pods that came with it were all very good; but the salespers...Read more
on obviously had no idea of the cost - he told me they were 15 cents once you joined the Nespresso site; but they were actually around 70 - 80 cents each. Thankfully Woolworths now carry Nespresso compatible pods and they are priced at 37 cents I think (about the same as Aldi's)Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Check your cup size!
Bought one yesterday, like the lever action more than the electronic action of the U range - one less thing to break down.
Frustratingly though, my mugs are all tall, so don't fit under the spout. No problem, the cup tray folds up for exactly that reason, or even unclips if you want to remove it permanently.
However, the drip tray protrudes a bit over a centimetre from the front of the machine, even with the cup tray folded up or removed. Which means anything you put under it is then pushed out away from the spout - even with a regular straig...Read more

Great for the evil early starts
My new Nespresso machine is wonderful. As i am an early starter with my job this machine is perfect for my moning coffe kick. There is a wide range of different flavors of which all i have tried were tasty and full flavored. The machine is quick to make my cup of caffine and easy to use and just a good rince to clean. So happy with my purchase.

Excellent machine
I won one of these in a competition and love it. It is a little noisy but it's not too annoying. It's quick and easy. I wish they had more compatible pods but I did love getting the selection of pods with it to try out. The frothing machine is awesome! It froths great and is nice and quick. Definitely recommend this machine

Really good coffee
I purchased this machine for a caravan as it is small & lightweight. Surprised at how flavorsome the coffee is, ease of use and little to clean as compared with my full sized coffee machine at home. I dont use the milk frother as I like my coffee really hot and it only warms up the milk. But I heat half a cup of milk in microwave, slowly pour this onto the brewed coffee and have a really nice flat white. I buy the Podista brand of capsules from Harvey Norman $4.99 for 10

Love it
I've only had this just over a week, but I already find it indispensable. I have an aldi expressi that I used for two years prior to this, and was quite happy with, until I tried the nespresso coffee. You can get capsules at a reasonable price in the supermarket, and there are some really good ones. I've found also a boutique coffee house that roast their own coffee to fill pods, and mail Australia wide. They use free trade and organic coffee, so I will be trying some of these. The machine is breville brand, and so far it seems great. Very happy with my Christmas present.

Update: it just stopped working within 8 months of purchase. Have now gone back to the new model expressi which seems to work much better, and doesn't leak as the nespresso did. Revise my review to 3 stars, as it was good while it lasted.

Fantastic
I love my coffee.
After considering to spend up to $1000 on a "bean" machine, my cousin suggested I try out a nespresso machine first.
I never thought much of "pod" machines but I'm glad I tried it.
The coffee is fantastic, I like all but one of the many favors, even the decafs are tasty.
Online orders arrived within a few days.
The machine it self is brilliant value ($139 from the good guys after $50 cash back).
Pods are fair value in my opinion.
The inissia heats up quickly and the milk frother is silent and does a great job frothing, hot and cold milk.
The temptature of the coffe is perfect.
My only minor complaint is the machine is noisy when it is operating (but it's quick)

Can I use any other brand capsules in this machine please?

yes any nespresso compatable capsules work. Can buy them at coles and woolies etc :)
I have the same machine only in black. The one thing I have noted with most Nespresso machines is that generally, the supposed compatible aftermarket capsules do work but they tend to leak around the capsule into the drip tray.ie the water tank empties out quicker than with the Nespresso cartridges. This is mostly because the newer Nespresso cartridge design has an extra sealing taper on the bottom (like a two-step seal) which a number of aftermarket ones don't have as they are flat bottomed with one step only.
The aftermarket coffees are OK for the most part. A number we have tried are: Vittorio Italian ( 1 step tends to be weaker but the flavour is ok), Moccona Lungo, LOR expresso, PNG, Columbia and Sublime (2 step flavour good), Lavazzo expresso, Lungo, Armentino 1 step leaks a bit but is ok. There are many you can try but its really a personal taste and the double step seems to work better. The single step cartridges may result in watered down coffee which doesn't taste as nice. Also it means keeping an eye on the drip tray to ensure you don't overflow it.
The Nespresso cartridges flow water well through them but as far as flavour is concerned some can be a bit bitter or stronger than aftermarket. It depends a lot on how you like your coffee. I've been looking at refillable cartridges on the net with the ability to put your home ground preferred coffee brand in them but haven't tried this yet. This was mainly to see if this is a cost and quality effective route for a good coffee on this machine. We also don't use the frother which came with the Inissia unit as we nuke our milk in the microwave when doing a number of coffees in a short time. An earlier Nespresso machine we had had a frother failure early so we found the microwave to be easier and less clean up.

Is this machine quite noisy? Not sure if it a machine or we purchased a faulty one.

Yes, mine (also red) was very noisy, so after 12 months of complaints from my husband about the level of noise, I replaced it with a Delonghi (stainless steel sides) Pixie this month. I am beginning to think that there might have been something wrong with my Inissia machine and I should have taken it bit. Too late now... However, interestingly, my first Nespresso machine was a much older model (cannot remember what it was called, but it have a wide silver body) was also a Delonghi and it was much quieter than the Breville Inissa.
Hope this helps.
Cheers
I dont have a problem with the machine being very noisy, about the same as my other home machine. The brewing only takes a matter of seconds so dont have an issue. I guess noise can be a subjective quality. We use this machine mainly for travelling in caravan so I am just happy to have espresso on hand.
