Customer service
Bad customer service. Long waits on calls and they charge you for any normal service. Their online portal login is a joke and serves no purpose at all. Getting a statement, you are told it will be sent by the end of business.

Wish I Could give a Zero, Stay Away, Worst Customer Service, Nissan you should be ashamed,
Paid off my car (Nissan Pulsar) on the 15/02/19, with normal repayments, after 10 days they still have not removed their Intrest on the PPSR, cant sell the car till its removed. if call them its at least 15 mins waiting, then they say 48 hours to do anything. Nissan Head Office take note, I will never buy a brand new or used Nissan again just because of your crap customer service at your Financial Services.

What a disgrace!!!
I have never dealt with a more horrible and inconsiderate customer service department. I pay a big lump sum on my car 4 years ago but left a bit on it so I didn’t have to pay the huge payout fee they wanted.
Get a letter the other day saying my payments are in arrears. So the lump sum payment has paid up and apparently I was just magically supposed to know when the payments were going to kick back in.
They send and over due notice a month later 4 days before the 2nd payment. Obviously I didn’t budget for it, so I call and ask for a payment arra...Read more

Terrible Service
Chose to pay fortnightly but got provided a monthly payment schedule, when asked for a fortnightly schedule, got told I had to go to a financial planner, and charge $15 for a bloody email of statement which does nothing.

Read every last word of the contract before signing, even if you think you've seen it before
The dodginess starts at the dealership, where they will send you a contract for one amount, which you agree to, then the day you go to pick up your new car and sign the final documents they will sneak in close to an additional $1500 in fees.
I left my husband to look after it all and look over the finance side of things, never again. You need an excellent eye for detail to pick up the extra fees they will sneak into your contract at the last minute. They never took us through each page of the contract so we stupidly trusted that what we had ...Read more
already been sent and what we had agreed to was what we were signing. Only now I'm on maternity leave I've finally had a chance to sit down and go over everything and realise we have been ripped off raw. In addition to $1800 of dealer delivery fees we were charged for a second hand car (not Nissan Finance's doing), a $550 'facilitation fee' was added to our loan, which Nissan has just advised was paid to their Finance Manager, and was just one of the amounts he snuck in AFTER emailing me the supposed "final contract", plus a $399 loan establishment fee, and I am still waiting for Nissan to send us our contract to show where the remaining $550 is unaccounted for, as Nissan cannot find anything on their system. We were going to go through our local bank but the Finance Manager convinced us not to and said he would match the interest rate, so we went with Nissan. On top of having been sold a lemon Renault Koleos, this whole saga has been an absolute nightmare and I will never trust any kind of dealership finance again. We are about to take Renault to court over our lemon car that they do not know how to fix, so this just adds to the absolute disgrace of a business they are running.Similar opinion? Worst financial service ever.
Massive fees for paying out car loan early. $15 for a statement. No refinancing options unless you're refinancing a balloon payment. No options to reduce weekly/monthly payments at all. Take DAYS to respond to emails, if you call you're on hold for a longgggggg time. Take a long time to process payments/pay outs. Interest rates are sky high. Avoid at all costs!!!

Worst service ever
I called them up for some statements so that my wife can update her salary packaging, only to be told it would cost $15.00 to generate it. It's the biggest rip off company ever. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Rip Off
Customer service was terrible and the fees are a JOKE!! An early payout figure for my car loan incurred a $500 fee for paying it off early, RIDICULOUS. A loan statement costs $15, what a RIP OFF. Seriously they don't care about people so don't use them!!!

In my opinion do not engage!!!
Listen to these reviews!!!! These bad reviews ring very true from personal experience. As a mother of a person who is trying to wade thru a minefield of a contract I am shocked and saddened by the unfairness. In my opinion it is very wrong when a financial service shows no conscience on how they operate. It's also my opinion that getting paid commission to up sell questionable insurances (that are slapped on top of a loan) is appalling. There is absolutely no quality customer service once you sign the contract. except for rudeness.
There is $6...Read more

Worse place stay away
After reading the other reviews I see that I'm not the only one. This company is full of loop holes that they get you for as many fees as they could. They even charge you a fee to make a payment on their own website. I just made the final payment on my vehicle and please be ware they will charge you fees for no reason and don't waste your time disputing it they will not remove them no matter how ridiculous they are. I'm not sure who is more rude the customer service representatives or the so call managers. This is by far the worse experience th...Read more
at you can possibly experience. I'm not sure how they are allow to basically rob there customers with out any care for customer service or just basic common sense. Charge for statement
Be aware of costs involved for a print of your statement. It's $15 which I have not experienced before. This should be free for a right to freedom of information. Also was not advised that I could access a payment service online. Where is the customer service? I was also on hold for a long time, whilst they looked for where it was listed in the contract. As I mentioned that I was going to list a negative review. The operator mentioned that there was a fee I had to pay over as year ago. When asked why I didn't know this previously. I was advise...Read more
d that they sent me a letter. I then looked at my notes in my file which said called on xx date in June 17, this would be waived as I had never faltered before (had said the operator). Not happy at all! Had to ring back in total 30mins spent on 2nd call. First call was 40mins. Over an hour wasted!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

White collar criminals
Was told finance was cheaper than the banks. I trusted these guys at Robina Holden Gold Coast as I knew the guys from the gym I attended. They prayed on my excitement picking up the new car and didn’t go through all the paperwork with me properly. The $60,000 car was financed through Nissan and interest rate was not disclosed on any paperwork. Being a commercial loan apparently it’s not necessary. What the?? This is how they can get away with hiding the facts from you! I was unwittingly financed into 17%!!!! Car now costing over $104,000!!! They are rouges!! Stay well away from Robina Holden and Nissan Finance.

$15 For a statement everytime you need one
Never buying another Nissan AGAIN!!!! The reason is everytime you need a statement you need to pay $15 for one which is ridiculous. We own other vehicles under different brand and never had to pay a cent for a statement
You will end up spending more than what you should have after purchasing the vehicle.Think Twice!!!

Charge $15 for a Payment Schedule!
As a company Nissan Finance is impossible to deal with - just to get a copy of a payment schedule I had to go through a number of emails because my name wasn't on the contract even though the company I work for purchased the car. I had to follow up the authorisation as it wasn't sent through, to be told it could take a while to send as it was end of Financial Year and they were very busy! I suggested sending an email with an attachment shouldn't take very long! Then I was told I would have to pay $15 for the information - every other company I deal with for Company Finance send a payment schedule through automatically and for free.
