No noise at all - great
I love this heater. There is no fan and so no noise and yet it blows out heat from the top like it does have a fan. My friends are amazed when I tell them it does not have a fan. It has a lifetime warranty and I wheel it to wherever needed.
It is a little pricier than the competition but when you factor in the cost savings, quietness and lifetime warranty it is well worth the money.

Great heater which warms up the room fast - highly recommended.
I love this heater and it kept us warm in the middle of the sydney winter this year! Our flat is quite drafty and this warms up the front room lovely. We roll it in to the bed room about 30mins before we go to bed and switch it on for 5 mins to take the chill out of the room at night. Makes jumping into bed easier in the middle of the winter haha

I carnt live without it
I just love this item its been great for winter. I bought two of them. Iv often take one to work as i do 24 hour care and some of the homes i go to havnt a heater i also find its light and easy to pick up to put it in my car.

Not much like "top of the range!"
I bought this heater believing it to be "top of the range" from Harvey Norman. I do not think this heater is the product I thought it to be at all. I believe the wheels are a generic make and not made to fit the product. They do not fix properly - it is impossible to fix the little "claws" into the grid metal of the heater. The grid metal is so soft and thin it bends at the slightest touch. The wheels fall off constantly even with the slightest move. without success. Originally I thought it was installed ok as instructed - with the black insert. The bottom shape of the castors in the multiple photos appears to have an arch and is not as deep or straight as the castors in the close-up. Not sure how to describe this but the look more elegant. The castors in the close-ups are like the castors supplied with my product. The are very utilitarian to the extent that they are ill conceived and ugly apart from not attaching well.Similar opinion? Very efficient, low cost
Bought this to help warm up my bedroom and it works perfect. It's very efficient, using minimal power to heat the room. It's portable so I can take it with me or put it in different rooms that I'm in. Extremely happy with this and will probably buy another very soon.

QUALITY PRODUCT
Purchased one of these to use in my home office instead of having to run ducted heating through the whole house all day and it definitely does the job. Silent and keeps me nice and warm on a low setting, no complaints at all. Would highly recommend this product to others!

Hi, I have set my heater to 19 degrees but as the room heats the baby monitor says the room to goes up to 21 degrees, I check the heater and it’s still on? Isn’t it suppose to switch off when the room hits 19?

Yes, they are included in mine.
Just realized what i purchased was 2000w model and yes the castors were included in the package
