Hi, I have set my heater to 19 degrees but as the room heats the baby monitor says the room to goes up to 21 degrees, I check the heater and it’s still on? Isn’t it suppose to switch off when the room hits 19?

Hi Elle, the Noirot thermostat is accurate to 0.1 of a degree so should be reading accurately. If you have any concerns please take the heater back to place of purchase with receipt and they can inspect the heater for you. Alternatively you can call us Mon-Fri on (03) 9563 2778

Yes, they are included in mine.
Just realized what i purchased was 2000w model and yes the castors were included in the package

Does this heater have a timer or only a themostat. I like to have the heater come on before I wake and before I get home?

There is usually two variations of each model, 1 has a timer and 1 does not. The models that have a timer will have a "T" at the end of the model number. For example, 7358-5T compared to 7358-5.

How to turn on?

My heater has two dials. One to adjust heat and the other to turn on and off. If you turn the on/off dial to the little icon that looks like the sun it will turn on.
