How do I disconnect the spray bottle from the mop. Mine seems to be stuck and afraid to use too much force.

Where do I get a water bottle from because this is the second mop I have bought and the bottle leaks from the top on both bottles so I do not want to buy another mop just to get the bottle. Obviously there is a problem with the bottles. Thanks

Slide hand down to neck of bottle and squeeze on either side. Pull up towards you, it's tight but will come away with no damage

Is the mop good for parquet flooring? What cleaning product do you recommend and what is the proportion of cleaner to water? Do you use the same cleaner and proportions for tiled floors? If not where can I buy a second bottle so I can swap the bottles depending on what floor I’m cleaning? Thanks so much. Phyll

Great for parquetry flooring because does not make the floor wet like conventional mops can and that is better for any wooden flooring as water does not get in joints which can cause timber to swell. I use enzyme cleaner available from Godfreys Enzyme no Rinse Floor Cleaner available in 1 litre around $19 follow instructions on bottle. Suitable for all floor surfaces including tiles in bathroom, streak free. Do not overuse product. Not sure if you can purchase a second bottle as I use the same cleaner for all floor surfaces only changing the microfibre pad when in bathroom but ask Godfreys who should be able to help.
