Delete their app immediately! Or you will face losing your credit rating over small amount of payment for the rest of your life because their own system made an error and did not charge my credit card. I keep telling them on email that they have the detail of my card n just do it and charge me, but their backward system and team after so many email, and no customer service to speak on the phone just send the debt of $19 to debt collector. Its ridiculous!!!!! I paid it off the minute i received the sms from debt collector. But the damage is done.

This app is ridiculous. They will charge you more at the end of your trip. It was only showing $14-20 when I booked it then suddenly went up to $32 at the end of my trip. They are fooling their customers!!!!!

Driver was 1 minute away. he started driving away so I called him and he said on the way be there soon. 15 mins later called again and he was even further away and said he would be there soon. After another 15 minutes I Called again and he again told me he was on the way, but on the map I could see him driving further away - he was 20 minutes away in the end and I had waited 40 minutes. Late at night, no traffic or anything. Complained to Ola and they just said the driver was busy. This driver stitched me up and I tried to put a review on him but Ola refused. So 1 star on here.

I had a 2,7 km ride with Ola last Saturday night and the fare was showing $9 in their app.
After the ride I was charged $30 and have no option to complain by phone or email.
Never had this issue with their competitors so I can only delete the app and never use again.

One driver came to pick me up and when I got into the car told me that he could not see my booking anymore so he asked me to get off the car. Or otherwise, I had to pay him personally (cash or pos machine) with his fare which of course was much higher than the app (WTH???!) It was 7:30am in the morning and I just wanted to go home from the airport.
I told him I am sorry but I have the booking here and you already got money from my credit card. He was like no no I did not take any money from you. He let me get off the car. I asked Ola for a ref...
Read moreund explaining what happened and guess what... they did not give a damn, they kept my money and told me that I was lying and that I actually took a ride that morning. Which is absolutely not true! And you an also see it in my rides, because I took a ride just few minutes after. (Tell me why I should book two rides same time, same pick up point and same drop off point -.-) Terrible customer service, I have to chase them for days and days and at the end they did not solved my problem either, STEALING my money (because that is what they did). Never again. It is the worst. I prefer paying a bit more with Uber but at least be sure I will get assistance if needed.- Transparency

Would not even give 1 star if I can, despite I ride with Ola almost every week. The driver is talking with his friend 2/3 of the whole trip and ignore me when I changed the destination and I said you can go straight here, as he’s too focused on his phone call. This ends up we had to take a much longer tour and I’m paying for the fee, simply because he’s on the phone and didn’t hear me.
And why my complaints keep being marked as “resolved”, when I receive ZERO help so far. Impossible to find any customer service on the app.

If you want to wait forever & get cancelled on a million times Ola is the place for you haha.
If you want to wait forever & get cancelled on a million times Ola is the place for you haha. It will show a million drivers around you but when you go to book there is suddenly none. It will also tell you a good price then cancel a million times & triple in price. You would probably get home quicker if you walked.

I was quoted $9-12 fare on a 1.8km trip. I was charged $29.50 due to excess fares and a bunch of other fees that are never quoted. They claim my initial quote was $33. When I went back to rebook the same trip, it’s showing the same $9-12.. how they’re getting away with it is concerning. never again.

Bloody awful.
I try to support these drivers but their behaviour drives you back into the hands of their competitors (who are sometimes just as bad).
Please OLA do something about this. It’s getting worse and worse.

Multiple cancellation by drivers leaving me late for the airport & had to finally ring a taxi. Again last night driver accepted job then sat around the corner for half an hour waiting for a better fair before finally picking me up. Then had the audacity to reprimand me for not waiting for him in a darkened carpark at the rear of the building. The drivers are working the app for their own advantage at the detriment of paying passengers. Drivers should not be able to cancel once they have accepted a job.
This is not a true transport service. It...

When I booked the ride, the app showed me a $51-$63 fare. After finishing of ride, I found OLA charged $111. That is not what it showed during the booking. In there facebook page lot of people are complaining the same issue. Looks like they are scamming people. My CRN6154108356.

Appalling service from Ola. My fare was meant to be $60 which I accepted only to be charged $121!!! I’ve used them before and had no issues but I will never use them again now. The complains department wouldn’t even refund my money because apparently the drivers / cars were in high demand. Deleting my account and app RIGHT NOW!

Constantly canceling, one driver even accepted and drove around for 15 minutes, presumably waiting for me to cancel, then finally canceled the ride himself. A waste of time. Please don’t use them.

The price hike is disgusting in the weekends and after a certain time. I prefer to use OLA because it’s cheaper and the drivers are nice. I’m a regular user thru the week, look after us!!! Please…

Confirmed booking and then delays and many cancellations soon after. Don’t use them and use Uber. Crappier cars and drivers, don’t bother with the effort. Used over several years now and improvements

I used Ola on a long trip (a while ago now) and it cost me $69.. This payment declined from my account so they sent me a letter saying to pay the $69 so i did. Today, another $69 got taken out of my account for the same trip that i went online and paid (as requested by Ola) when i went to purchase another trip. I tried speaking to 5 customer service officers and they said that because the trip was longer than 48 hours ago, there was nothing they could do and then they ended the chat. I can’t contact Ola about this because they just blow me off ...
Read moreand ignore me! I have my bank statement to prove this but they don’t want to hear it. I am extremely upset that i can’t get my money back especially because it was the last of my money this pay. Very dodgy!!- Transparency

Took an Ola cab from Adelaide airport to the cbd. Cab took
a lot longer to arrive than app stated. Took local cab back to Adelaide airport 5 days later. Paid half the price of what the Ola cab was. Have now deleted the app and will use local cabs from now on.

I’ve had quite a few bad ola rides at this point, and I’ve given up. Good prices, but it seems that if anything happens, no one seems to address it. How are riders supposed to feel safe when the complaint submitting & resolution is basically non-existent?
After a ride in which I felt unsafe due to the drivers car (extremely tinted windows), covid safety practices (not following mandatory government guidelines by not wearing a mask), and having lied to me to charge me more, I made a complaint in the app.
In the app, these safety complaints ha...
Read moreve been labelled as “resolved” as soon as submitted. When you raise a complaint, you are given no way of explaining the issue (just vaguely “driver behaviour”), no way of indicating whether or not you want to pursue further, nothing. How is anything meant to be addressed by the Ola team when you can’t even tell them what the problem was? Continued bad service, and at this point the cheap prices aren’t worth the risk of knowing that nothing apparently is actually done when people have safety concerns. I will be deleting this app as soon as this issue is resolved, if it ever is.- Transparency

My quote was $33 and ended up being charged $80.
Peak pricing not quoted - $32
Transport Levy not quoted - $6
Airport pickup not quoted - $4
Taxes - $7
TOTAL rip off, will NEVER use them again.

Drivers constantly canceling! The issue is getting worse. Drivers need to be penalised for cancelling trips. If you are in a rush to get somehere use Uber!
The app also needs updating it will often crash

Sick to death of them cancelling the ride THEN the app doesn’t even automatically put the call out to get a new one! One even called me today to check I was ok waiting 15 mins extra on top of the 9.5mins wait due to traffic I said ok no problem, he cancelled the ride and I was left waiting. Ordered another, he cancelled too, tried to order another and the price got jacked up by $13 dollars… thanks for that after three cancellations and a price Jack up which actually happens constantly I thought I’ll just catch the three buses in the rain to get...
Read more to where I’m going because Ola are not reliable… Oh AND the communion is beyond shocking! Can’t even get through to support to speak to anyone, instead you’re directed to their ‘support page’ which is also unhelpful AND then the call hangs up on you.. Get your act together or everyone will take their money elsewhere! Rude, disrespectful drivers and dirty cars!- Transparency
