really great blender
I really like this blender, so much so that I purchased another one as a gift for my parents. it's very powerful and for the lay person i would say it is comparable to a vita-mix blender. The omniblend blender is a great device for making healthy fruit smoothies and home-made ice cream. socket; though in all fairness I believe that this is a component that will deteriorate over time, so no biggie, and the drive socket is not overly expensive. what's more, due to the excellent warranty that comes with the blender, in my situation, it was covered under the warranty. That was three years ago, and since then its been purring along.Purchased in July 2021 for $309.00.

Absolutely awesome blender
I spent a long time choosing a blender and am so glad I chose the JTC Omniblend III.
The III is their base model but the motor is apparently the same as their more expensive models. The III has 2 speeds - low and high - but I've never needed to use the high. This makes Boost juice type smoothies and juices in about 20 seconds. It crushes ice easily and makes the smoothest pancake mix ever. Powerful Blender
Powerful blending ability. Our house uses it for smoothies, frozen shakes, nut milks, nut flours. We use it between 2-6 times a day.
We have the OmniBlend 3, and I love the simplicity... On, Off, High, Low. I tossed between models and am so happy with the choice.
We also have a cold process juicer, but use the blender so much more as you get all the fibre and have less washing up! I would not buy a juicer again. The blender is a brilliant option.
