I couldnt ask for much more from Online conveyancing centre
I bought my first home and was a bit scared to use an online solicitor to buy my home. But I was really happy to deal with the team at Online Conveyancing Centre. They were super professional, easy to deal with and really fast to get back to me on emails and on the phone if iI needed. A few times I was not sure about the documents but a phone call and the team answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. Im used to doing everything online and glad I found these guys! thanks again

Thank you, the best yet!
Hannah was polite and extremely helpful the whole way through the transaction. She was qucik to reply to emails and always answered her phone. The process was clearly well structered and we found that it was the least stressful purchase transaction we have had to date! Thanks Han, glad we had you around.

Very Very pathetic... bad customer satsfaction
I never ever refer someone to onlineconveyancingcentre because they never communicate to you. They took my paper after a week I sign on the contract with the real estate agent. They never gone through the contract papers and I had to push them through to the next steps. Their senior staff is very rude and I felt some how to finish the dealings. They wont comeback to you until and unless you ask them what I have to do next. very very bad customer focus.. Couldn't have done it without Di!
Di and the team at Online Conveyancing Centre made my life really easy with my recent home purchase. When my banker and broker weren't much help with trying to get the settlement booked in on time Di went above and beyond, we had the removalists booked for weeks ahead and when the bank said I was not going to be able to get the loan settled in time I was really worried and thought I was going to lose alot of money. Di helped move heaven and earth and got my home settled in time for the weekend! thank you so much guys

Very poor communications and service levels
I used the conveyancing services of the The Online Conveyancing Centre, a division of the incorporated legal practice Astill Legal Group Pty Ltd, in 2013 to purchase a house. I found the process very difficult. I found myself requesting many pieces of information – a ‘pull’ approach. My conveyancer’s emails were economical to the point of my nearly always having to ask more questions to obtain information about the process. and look back at emails to see which questions had been answered and which were outstanding. Her communications were regularly difficult to understand as well. Some emails were not responded to and I forwarded them again, sometimes twice, before receiving a reply. When I complained about communications, my conveyancer’s replies suggested all was well and I received no apology. Complaints escalated to her supervisor, who was also the Legal Practitioner Director. One complaint received a response that she had been given feedback on communications. For the other complaints, I received no response at all. I couldn’t recommend this conveyancer and I will certainly avoid them in future. I’ve sold two houses through a different online conveyancing company previously. One experience was wonderful, very proactive, open, clear communications. The other was similar to this latest experience. So I won’t judge ‘online conveyancing’ per se on this experience. I received no reply to my final question about the sale, after 3 emails. The final email copied in the supervisor/director and asked if the conveyancer was ill or on holiday. I waited a full month, without receiving a reply from either the conveyancer or legal practitioner director/supervisor, before posting this review.
