I have used Top Gun Conveyancing on 5 or so occasions now and they offer best combination of value and service I have come across for basic conveyancing. I would definitely recommend to anyone buying or selling.

I have used Top Gun to buy and sell several properties. The whole team from reception to conveyancers are always kind and courteous and ready to help with even my most annoying questions, as well as my need to( for my own piece of mind ) check and double check everything is in order from my perspective. In fact it would be much easier if both parties used Top Gun as that would alleviate other solicitors or conveyancers not being across their briefs and ensure a smooth property transfer every time.
