OptiSlim LCD Life Starter Pack

I bought the optislim pumpkin soup it was horrible. It says to make a paste first then add the rest of the hot water, it still came out all lumpy and tasted horrid.

got a shaker cup, 2 royal choc, 2 caffe latte, and lots of other flavours n creamy chicken soup and tomatoe soup
all tasty and nutritionally complete
and the book with it was very helpful it has alot of information that other booklets dont have
very happy i bought it .. its better than the vlcd
cheap price tastey the booklet is good
nothing but cheescake flavour can be improved
