On to my second one - waste of money
Stopped working randomly after 6 months, received a replacement after going to hell and back. Now the second one has also stopped working after 6 months?! Now have to go back to hell to get it replaced again. Would only recommend if you have $100 to burn every 6 months, or the time to get it replaced every 6 months.

This is the actual worst product on the market.
Used on and off for not even 3 months, within the first 2 weeks I had snot spitting at me out of an exit air hole on the side of the device. I emailed them and they weren't all that helpful, so I kept using it as per instructions. Cleaning it as per instructions. It has now stopped working.
Emailed them for a replacement, asked for a receipt, model number etc. Sent it through to them, and they have requested I post the old one back.. a used, germy bacteria filled snot sucking machine.. in th
... Read moree post.. where not only Australia post have to interact with the parcel but the people who collect the post and process returns have to touch it? It's actually really gross and they have no idea that I havent used it for covid-19 purposes, yet they are happy to have me send and for multiple people interact with it to have the aspirator returned.would like to point out that it was on sale when I purchased the dvice. I put 80.00 because that would be the cost of replacement if I was to go and buy a new one now.
