Worked well
I have used a small box and then one large box. Bakers cyst was almost gone then started to come back a bit. The patch will not remain dry if you either dampen the skin, or as I did, wet your finger tips and then dampen the packet carefully once its on the adhesive, then attach to cyst area. Had to wrap with a towel also since it drained so much fluid each night. Have to order more.

osmo patch didnt work
i tried the patch on the back of my knee for my bakers cyst and it did nothing, it was always still half dry in the morning, i tried taping it and wearing a knee brace over it, and still was half powdery in the morning, was a total waste of money, i even messaged osmo patch to see if they had any ideas to help it work better but no reply.

We are so sorry to hear that you did not find any relief from our patches and understand your disappointment. hence this is why we have our money back guarantee. It is important to understand that our patches should not be thought of as a cure for your ailment as there may be underlying causes that continue to set off the condition, such as inflammatory disease (arthritis for example) and excessive or repetitive strain to the area just to name a few. Instead the patches are a natural alternative treatment option to the current invasive treatment options that exist. They are intended to help the area heal by naturally draining the excess fluids as well as promoting blood flow to the area. Assuming that there is no underlying inflammatory disease it will then be up to the person being treated to adequately rest the area and to identify and if possible avoid any physical or repetitive activities to allow full recovery. Also if the injury is caused by repetitive stress, or a repetitive activity is stopping the injury from healing, then it is best to try and avoid performing those tasks or correct the body mechanics when you do. - Use sound ergonomic equipment and setups. - Ensure you stay within the comfortable range of motion of the joint. - Keep muscular control over the entire motion being performed. Do not let things just flop around. - Do not stress the joint with particularly heavy or unbalanced loads. - Avoid side loading the joint. In other words keep the motion of the limbs in line with each other. - Do not place a static load on the area of concern. Keep things moving. Even sitting for awhile places a static load somewhere. - Cushion the joint when possible. Use knee pads when kneeling and other pads on shoulders when carrying loads on them. There may be several reasons why the patches did not work including; not resting the injury adequately or if the injury is chronic there may already be scar tissue formed over the area that is blocking the drainage process or causing continued flare-ups. Also the use of creams or ointments in the area will block the patches from working. Regardless of the reason we do stand by our guarantee and hence as promised I have just issued you full refund (less postage - as per our guarantee). Once again I am sorry that we were unable to help you on this occasion and hope that you find relief for your pain. Wishing you and your family good health. Painful for me.
I suffer with hip bursitis. I have previously had cortisone injections with the aid of ultrasound. This gave me relief but only lasted a certain amount of time. When I came across your website about the osmo patch it sounded promising so decided to give it a try. I applied a patch to each hip before going to bed. They were both very uncomfortable during the night but I persevered for 8 hours before taking them off. The pain in my hips increased significantly and were very painful for the remainder of that day. I would not dare to apply another patch and am therefore returning them for a refund.

Once again we are very sorry that the patches did not help you and while the OSMO patch works well for many people, as with any treatment there will always be some people that our patches regretfully won’t help. There could be a few reasons for this, such as; not adequately resting the injury and continuing to induce repeated stress, the patches could have been incorrectly applied or the injury has become very chronic resulting in some scar tissue forming over the area that’s obstructing the drainage process or continuing to cause flare-ups. Regardless of the reason we do offer a money back guarantee for orders placed directly from our store As per your email you noted that your patches had been purchased from an independent retailer and as such purchased are not covered by our Money Back Guarantee we instead offered to contact the store directly on your behave and try to mediate a refund. Unfortunately I must apologise as I can see that accidently missed your last email authorising us to follow on your behalf. I do sincerely apologise for that and it certainly was not intentional and I understand that this must have been very upsetting. I assure you that we shall chase this up straight away and I am sure that we shall be able to arrange a refund from the store where you purchased them. If for any reason there is any issue, as we dropped the ball on this occasion, we shall cover your refund directly otherwise. Once again please accept our sincere apology for missing your email. OSMO Patch really works
I am extremely happy with OSMO Patch. I have had severe bursitis in my shoulders particularly my right. I have tried everything massage, myotherapy, physio, low light laser as well as a cortisone injection under ultrasound and have spent thousands to get almost zero relief. (Over a period of 5-6 mths). I was in constant pain and at my wits end. I purchased the OSMO Patch pack online and I cannot express how happy I am with the results. The relief came almost immediately and has continued to help with my pain. I have now been using the patches f...Read more

HorseFly Bite Miracle Remedy!
We had some osmo patches left over from when my husband had his baker's cyst, and I am SO grateful! I got bit on my buttocks by a nasty horsefly, which hurt like crazy, but also started to swell up right away! I looked at pictures on line of what this bite could turn into (red, swollen, blister) and decided to try applying an osmo patch. The itch seemed to lessen, and over the next few hours the pain disappeared, which was a miracle. But when I removed the patch I could not believe how much liquid had come out! Immediately the bite began t...Read more
o itch again and hurt so I applied another, then 8 hours later another. I am stunned at the fluid pulled out of this bite! after 3 patches, the bite is almost disappeared from my body, swelling is 95% gone and does not itch or hurt. Perhaps an unusual use for them, but I am a HUGE fan of the osmo patch!!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Worked a treat for my bakers cyst
I recommend Osmo Patches highly, had a bakers cyst and was in a lot of pain, as I a gym junkie had to wear a knee guard. Used 1 packet of patches, a week off at gym and it was excellent after that. Has not come back nor have I been in any more pain.

Osmo patch for a hipbursa
I tried 10 Osmo patches, applying them correctly and carefully. They certainly came off after use smelly and wet but without effect. The pain is just as bad as before! I asked the contact in England by email for the promised 45 day refund as he offered me a choice of 10 patches or a refund. He decided not to give me what I asked for but sent me 10 more patches which I shall not use. I had high hopes for this product but I have been disappointed and now I find I question everything.

Waste of money!
Ive been diagnosed with knee bursitis and had physiotherapy for many weeks which just made it worse! Ive tried all kinds of pain relief and support braces and i can barely walk. The pain is immense. Then i saw this website claiming to help with bursitis and even though its very expensive i read the testimonies and thought id give it a go. Used the whole pack and still the same. It smells rancid too. I wouldnt waste your money on this rubbish

Hello MozzBR,
I am so sorry to hear that the patches have began to cause you skin irritation.... Read more
The irritation is likely due to the adhesives. Some individuals are unfortunately mildly to extremely allergic to different adhesives and this normally results in anywhere from small red blotches to large welts in the area of the skin that the adhesives were attached and hence you have done the right thing by discontinuing the use which will allow the irritation to completely recover. As per the safety instructions included, we do recommend applying a test strip of the adhesive prior to use to ensure that there is no allergy. That said, we completely understand your disappointment and there is no problem claiming your No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you have not done so already please contact our customer support team at [email protected] and advise them. They shall then be able to help you with this. Once again I am so sorry to hear that you had this irritation and were unable to continue using the patches. We shall await your contact. Wishing you and your family good health. Very expensive, not very effective
I purchased Osmo Patch when I got knee bursitis and bakers cyst. First, note it has a strong smoked timber smell, so if you don't wrap it up, your sheets will smell the next morning. After using it all night I pulled the patch off, on most occasions it was hard and damp as if some liquids had been removed, a couple times it was dry in the morning. However, compared to the swelling, each patch is so small it pulls out an insignificant amount of fluid. I then discovered a product called Bexters Soda Crystals. It is far cheaper and I found it...Read more
to be more effective in removing larger quantities of fluids from the joint. Still the swelling seemed to come back each time. I then tried a lymphatic drainage massage, it seemed to be more effective in reducing swelling than both products. The therapist also suggested swimming (light exercise) to keep fluids moving, so I bought an exercise bike and do a light cycle each day. There is still swelling, but much better than it was. I'd say Osmo Patch may be good if you don't have much swelling to begin with, or a small area you need to treat. It is simply unaffordable for large areas of swelling. I only used 1 box (10 patches) which was something like $37 and didn't notice any reduction in swelling.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Brilliant. Wish I had known about them sooner
I have had a Bakers cyst for six years and have had it aspirated four times the last time being in July 2017. It returned three weeks later and my knee was badly swollen and extremely painful. Then i discovered Osmo patches and the difference they have made is amazing. The cyst has decreased in size.

The Patch worked for me!
The Osmo Patch worked great for me. I wacked my elbow real hard, a couple of days later I noticed a swelling on my elbow which grew bigger over time. The swelling was soft and spongy obviously fluid of some kind. Decided to try the patch before going to the doctor. The first couple of times didn't notice much difference but by the third treatment the swelling was going down. Read some reviews saying how important it was to make contact with the skin and I kept the patches on a little longer than I had before. Sure enough by day seven the swelling had all but gone and hasn't come back.

Helped cure my knee!
I've had bursitis in my knee, I've been having Physio which does help but then a friend suggested these so I have tried as well, I honestly found them brilliant, my knee felt so different in the morning after the first patch, I could hardly believe it, I used a patch the second night also, in the morning i used to be stiff and painful getting up, now it's like the problem has just gone. I didnt have massive swelling but it was bothereing everyday all day and now my knee feels like it's completely back to normal, I was limping before now I'm just walking normally, really worked for me, I will always keep some in stock! Thanks Osmo !

Worthless!
I used the patches exactly as directed, per their instructions, on my elbow bursitis for ten straight nights. It did absolutely nothing for my inflammation! I would not recommend this product.

Didn't draw any Bursa liquid
Elbow Bursa sack broke 3 months ago and have huge liquid filled 'egg'. Over 10 days nightly use I hoped the Osmo Patchs would have sucked out the liquid. They did not help. Maybe waiting 3 months to draw the liquid is too late?

Hi Beatrice,
Thank you for your enquiry.
It sounds like you may have a dislocation.
Unfortunately the OSMO Patch would not be able to repair a dislocation or any other bone disorder. It may however help reduces any swelling or associated pain.
In either case we recommend that you first visit your doctor to get a correct diagnosis before attempting any treatment.
Wishing you and your family good health.

Toky J.Osmo Patch
Hello Sally,
Thank you for your inquiry.
The patches are classified as a class 1 medical device. Being a class 1 medical device means that there are no drugs or prohibited substances. It is actually the same classification as a band aid, and bandage as they do not work via releasing active ingredients into the skin hence why there is no requirement for ingredient/composition labeling other than labeling any possible allergens. This is different to a cream or a patch that releases active ingredients into the skin as you can understand.
What we can assure you is that the patches are made to very strict GMP medical standards. There are absolutely no drugs or hormones within our patches. They do not work by releasing active ingredients into the body but instead work by drawing fluid out of the body.
As stated on our website, at this time as we hope you can understand the composition of the OSMO Patch remains our proprietary knowledge. There is however a crustacean by-product within the composition, so if you are allergic to shellfish or seafood then the patches should not be used. Also there is an adhesive which is used to hold the patches in place and again if you are allergic to adhesives you may consider using a bandage as an alternative to hold the patch in place.
I hope this information has been helpful and we hope that they will offer you some relief.
Wishing you and your family good health.
Kind Regards
Jordan
