Not sure, but I wouldn't buy from oz.plaza. They are very deceiving. I paid for an item and they emailed me afterwards asking for another $400 or giving me a refund and said there was a pricing error when my friend bought the same item for that price a month earlier. Might be worth looking into buying it from a retail store like office works as ebay are often less than helpful.

Sorry to hear that, Tony. I usually check companies through this site first, but because they were recommended by a firend I fell into a trap. Keep hounding them, mate. I've just got an email (again) claiming they're going to refund into my Paypal account ... will believe it when it happens !
Also, contact Paypal AFTER reading their "Buyer Protection" policy (so you can argue with them to make them honour THEIR policies). If you paid with thm they claim to refund you if you can't resolve it with the seller.

If it under warranty, ask for a full refund as it not fit for purpose, get them to pay for return.....keep at them and you should get a good result

don't waste your time trying to get an answer for Ozplaza they don't know what Customer Service is if you email them you will get no reply your better going to Consumer Affairs trying to deal with Ozplaza will get you know where.

I bought an item from this seller, which is worth $579. The delivery date was 23rd Dec. However, the courier (alliedexpress) said they hadn't picked up the item as of the estimated delivery date. Can anybody please advise what to do in such a case?

Do not believe their time frames and if you do buy an item snap shot the delivery times and email it to yourself as it will change or disappear once you have paid for it. Ask for the courier name and contact and try and ring it before you buy if they don't answer or you can not contact them stay clear. I have reported them to ACCC. I am not sure if they stated out dodgy or the business has grown too quick but because of their many business names and changing warehouses so many times it is very suspicious. even the main business NEWAIM https://www.newaim.com.au/ is dodgy as no contacts that work and the award they won was not scrutinised so there is no proof their business actually achieved what it said as the entry form can be done but one of their employees. I have told OPTUS and Financial Business Review (award presenters) and they are looking into it.

I wouldn't if I was you. My suggestion is try and find a contact for the company and see if you can get a customer service officer. All their numbers and emails are dodgy or do not contact you. And ask which courier they use and get a phone number and try and ring them if none of this works stay clear.

Has anyone been asked to upload a video of the item they purchased on ebay in regards to an item that was delivered but the dimensions are totally different? I can't understand why a photo wouldn't sufffice. I did ask but the customer service person replied that it is easier to do it that way. Easier for whom? I had to upload to a streaming site so they can view it! Seriously. A person who wasn't computer savvy might have problems with this. Maybe that's what they're hoping.

Hi. Sorry can't help with that one. Only furniture I have bought from them was an outdoor beer garden style table and benches. It is really good quality, sturdy and well made.
