The trampoline is very sturdy - it came with added extras like games and extra parts. It's the perfect size for our small backyard, and for our children aged 4.5 and 2. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service from OzTrampolines. The trampoline was delivered very quickly as well.

I'm really pleased we chose the oval trampoline rather than a round one. We are able to move it around in the garden and it fits neatly into smaller spaces without taking up half the garden. We love that it is strong enough to hold adult weight jumpers. It arrived very quickly after it came into stock and although a few of the leg pieces were a bit tight to go together and secure it was straight forward to put together and importantly the assembly instructions were comprehensive and easy to understand! The children love it and the weather cover is an added bonus here in the WA heat. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the quality of this product generally. Frame is very strong, netting provides good piece of mind. Simple to put together with very good instructions.
Couple of issues -
1. Zip broke almost immediately so have to use a work around to stop kids from falling out.
2. Clips are a little fragile, have used spares provided already
3. Mat that protects springs requires velcro to keep in place as it tends to slide up on frame when in use.

Would certainly recommend.

The service from Oz Trampolines was incredible. Ordered 15 days to Christmas and still received it in a week. Had a small issue with packages but Oz Trampolines got in touch with delivery co. and worked things out. The only negative is (I think) I received the wrong net or one that was made too small as the zip gave way pretty quick. I got in touch with Oz trampolines and again there was a swift response and I had a replacement net in no time with no additional cost.
I would highly recommend...for the price it is a decent trampoline, fits a narrow back yard, easy to set up, great bounce, fantastic service. Kids love it.

We bought this at Christmas for our daughter who does gymnastics. We also purchased the extra lifetime springs. The trampoline was delivered timely, easily setup, has great spring, big enough in length and so far has handled far north qld's weather great. The only issue I have found is the cover for the springs is a little bit too tight and slips off one end. Otherwise the steel for the framework is thick and sturdy as well

A great quality with a great bounce. It was a gift for our two granddaughters who are crazy about gymnastics and thoroughly enjoy all that they can do on this trampoline. The assembly instructions made it possible for it to go together with very little drama . Great use of space. The delivery came in 2 lots...consecutive days....but everything needed was there. Very happy

Delighted with our purchase of this high-quality trampoline for Christmas. It is the best quality trampoline we have ever had. Oval shape is perfect for growing kids who want to do tricks, yet small space which would not fit a 14ft or 16ft round. Set up was time consuming, but instructions were clear and all parts were present, including spares.

Extremely happy with our recent purchase for our 13 year old daughter....an enthusiastic gymnast! Found the oval design to be less intrusive in our smallish backyard and a perfect shape and bounce to do endless flips.
I was very happy with the faultless service.
I initially spoke with a patient gentleman with many questions as we were deliberating over a springfree alternative. Glad we chose this one. Our relative has springfree and our daughter much prefers ours due to the higher bounce.
Delivery was very fast and hassle free.
Set up was easy....about 2 hours.

Due to a recent back complaint, our early teenage kids were able to assemble the trampoline themselves with my supervision. Parts all appear to be well made so fitted together easily. Kids tell me the bounce is fantastic compared to their friends trampolines. The "Just in Case" pack of spares was not required but did provide peace of mind during the assembly process.

The item description of the oval trampolines says they come with the printed design mat.
However opening the boxes revealed a plain mat. The response to my follow up email didn't address this query AT ALL. Then after ringing oz trampolines, they notified me that the printed design is only for round trampolines. So until they update their website, don't expect the printed mat!!
A simple description error has caused me to feel slightly mislead especially when spending 700+ dollars. It can be the little things like this that sway you to choose between companies. Having already explained the concept of the design mat to an eager 6-year-old, I'm annoyed to have to then disappoint her.

We bought a new oval trampoline to fit into a tight space in the yard and it's fantastic. Great bounce / lots of kids can play together. Easy to put together and the basketball rings and game sets are great fun for multiple kids. Our trampoline arrived so quickly, which was great. It gets my kids off "i-devices" and outside playing - with lots fewer fights. The instructions are easy to understand and thorough. Happy Mum, Happy Family. Cheers

We bought a large oval trampoline three months ago, and so far it has been fantastic. Customer service was great. I called Oz Trampolines before purchasing in order to get information on which trampoline to buy. They were very helpful.
The trampoline was delivered within a few days of being ordered.
My 12 year-old daughter uses the trampoline almost daily. I've been on it too, and found it had a great bounce. Lots of fun.
Being a large trampoline, it did take two of us to put it up, and it did take a couple of hours. But it was not overly difficult to put up.
Time will tell how it stands up to the elements,but so far, so good.

Purchased the 10x15 oval trampoline from Oz Trampolines after a lengthy search of the internet, we were looking for a replacement for the 2 trampolines we had purchased in the last 3 years, from another manufacturer. Quality and replacement parts were considered high on our wish list, and I have to say Oz Trampolines have excelled at both of these Dot points. Customer service, value for money and prompt delivery were also second to none.

We have had our oval tramp for only 5 months but the quality is great and it didn't take my husband that long to put it together. But the thing that stands out most for me is the great customer service which is very hard to find these days. We had some questions when assembling it so we had to call a few times and nothing was an effort for them to answer and they even helped us out of hours. We were really impressed. I'd recommend Oz Trampolines to anyone wanting to buy a trampoline!

We bought a trampoline we'd never seen before as it seemed to suit our space perfectly. After a brief and informative phone conversation, and some helpful advice, we bought the 7x10 oval tramp and it's perfect. I put it up by myself in around 3 hours and it wasn't hard at all. The build quality is excellent and I can see it lasting us years of solid use while the kids get bigger and stronger.

We ordered this 10 x 15 after much reading and research. The delivery was very quick and the trampoline is very well made. Took 2 of us about an hour to put it up - but it wasn't harder than ikea! We love this trampoline and the after care and customer service is second to none. I recommend this company very highly.
