Pushy sales staff. Contact prior sale is very good. After sale customer service was not as great. They can install with a few days, but take about 2 weeks to fix their original error. Quality is worse then we expected. We have light streaks continually coming through (not huge, but enough to bother me)?

Great service and installation, the front of the house looks fantastic. It is so much cooler with the roller shutters in, the front rooms are at least 10 degrees cooler than before.

Salesman came out to the house and went through options. Measured up and installed by such a brilliant workman. The workman was clean, tweak some last minute changes and clean up after himself. The result is a darker room and security. Highly recommended.

salesman came to our house to run us through our options, we went one room electric and one room manual. never had such a good sleep, light reduction is incredible.
it has made the room a little more hot, which we were expecting the opposite, seems like you need to open the room up late aftenoon and shutter up before bed.
feel a lot more safe and secure in the house.

We did not need to visit the store as we knew what we wanted. An Engineer measured all windows and doors and filled in the order. Within a week we had the shutters installed and working. The installation of 7 shutters took less than a day! We had a post-purchase issue with one of the electrical security shutters at a door, which was rectified within 2 days. Very satisfactory.

The process to get the product was very easy and quick. Offers were great and the services were outstanding. The product itself looks good and blends with the house naturally.

Thanks to the crew @ Oz Shut we now have shutters on the lounge and the kitchen windows. These have made a huge difference with the windows not getting as hot. What an awesome job and thanks very much for the advice and the installation.

I am so pleased with my shutters that I have had my whole house done and I'm glad I did. With the hot weather we have just had my rooms have been cool and not hot and stuffy. I did have a problem with 2 of my shutters but they came out and fixed them within 2 days of ringing OzShut. I cant thank them enough for the service and especially for a cool house for the summer and not so cold in the winter. Once again thankyou OzShut.

Service was good. The tradesmen solved a tricky instal and left the area very clean.Follow up good but not invasive. Product does all that was promised and more. I will.be using them again. The shutters reduce noise in my unit.

We love having rollershutters, keeps the afternoon sun and heat out, and love having the extra security! Although the phone calls from oz shut were very annoying after applying for a quote online, i would get atleast 3 spam calls everyday from them for months before i organised to get them installed. However im glad we have finally got them and we got them for a good price, im sure if we have any problems with the shutters that the team would be very helpful.

Best way to describe our shutters, very professional and easy process from start to finish, product quality is great, we are very happy with the end result! Money well spent.

Contacted OZ SHUT and arranged a time and date for a quote. They turned up on time and provided all the info I needed to make a decision. I am a previous customer and have been satisfied with their product on both occasions I have used them. The installer and electricians were very good and did an excellent job, and did it on time and when promised. I am very happy with the service provided from start to finish.

Extremely grateful for the knock on the door by the OzShut salesman. Started with 1 roller shutter quickly turning into 4 motorised shutters. So easy to use. Great for keeping out the heat. Money well spent for security.

Installed on time had slight issue with electric shutter not closing properly but rang OZ shutter they came out a few days later and repaired the issue that day

person who came to give the quote was on time. Work at time of installation efficient and tidy. Installation and electrician both on the same day. The work quality was good. I have had 2 installation jobs done some years apart. Everything works well.

We were never interested in Roller Shutters but moving to a new area with more traffic and street lights, we decided to put them on our front rooms, the difference is amazing . They help block out noise, keep our bedrooms cooler through summer and give us a better sleep in a dark room. It has been money well spent. From start to finnish Oz Shut staff have been great . We would highly recommend them.

Thanks OzShut, the roller shutters are a great addition to my home. The Sales Rep presented the product in a no-nonsense way, the measuring guy answered some additional questions I had and the installer was brilliant - very methodical, answered more of my questions and cleaned the work area when he finished. The shutters have added security, taken the heat and light off the windows when I want that, prevented the strong winds from rattling the windows and the colour match to the gutters and downpipes makes it all look great!

I work nights and the shutters keep the rooms pitch black they also have great benefit when heating or cooling the house.
