I just bought a Papillionaire bike for my girlfriend for her birthday. I am really happy the quality and the service. The bike looks fantastic, it arrived when they said it would and was easy enough to assemble at home. The guy I spoke with (I wish I could remember his name) was excellent. Really friendly and answered all the questions I had. I was a bit anxious spending that much money without first looking at the product, so he told me where I could go and check it out and when I phoned up a week later to order it, he remembered me (now that's good customer service!!). Overall a great experience but most importantly, she loves it.
