High calcium milk
We usually purchase the low-fat Zymil but have now tried the High Calcium low-fat version. I found the texture of the High Calcium milk to be thicker than the other product. At first I thought perhaps the milk was soured (it had a thin drinking-yoghurt consistency) but the flavour was ok. I opened another carton which had been bought elsewhere with a different expiry date and this was the same consistency. It was thicker than a full-fat milk. I dont find the consistency pleasant so will be buying the blue carton low-fat version. Otherwise I find Zymil is very good. The sweeter taste may take a little getting used to but I dont find it an issue.

Great product!
I had been looking for a milk alternative because regular milk doesn't sit well with me. However after trying lots like almond and soy etc none of them were satisfying because they didn't taste like regular milk
However I tried zymils low fat milk and I like the taste more than regular milk and I can drink as much as I want!
I have tried the 2l bottle and sometimes it does taste a little bit different but it doesn't bother me at all and is more convenient as I drink so much a carton doesn't last that long.

Finally creamy milk
I luv creamy milk for my coffee and have found that most brand isn't as creamy till I try Paul's Gold. The gold one was creamy but like all milk it does irritate my stomach. when I tried it I luv it but was concern cause it had a very nice sweet taste. The sweet taste brought back memories of when I use to add a couple (probably more) spoon fulls of sugar to my dairy farmer milk. I hope one day I don't find out that the stuff that breaks down the lactose is some forms of harmful chemical or some type of sugar that can cause weight gain. The com...Read more
pany reassured me it isn't. This milk is so good I bow have it all the time. I warm it up using my milk frother and just drink it. It doesn't disagree with my stomach and leaves a nice sweet taste in my mouth. Creamy, sweet, gentle on stomach Pricey. sweetness is irritable and makes me drink moreSimilar opinion? Love the milk but new 2L container a let down
We love zymil. My son is lactose intolerant and this is the only milk we buy! Love the fact that the 2L has finally arrived however the lid is weak and 8/10 of my milk has leaked either on the way home or whilst is fridge if tilted. Ive also opened a leaky one and a day later it was off. I suspect this was because the seal was broken (due to lid). I really hope that Paul's make a change to the lid!!! Other than that we love it!!!
Taste, quality, digestion ease
2L lid very weak

Feedback on new 2L size Zymil - Light Blue
We have tried the new 2L Zymil and have found that it tastes very different to the milk in the 1L carton. It doesn't taste nearly as nice and somewhat watery. We consume alot of milk in our house, and we are not lactose intolerent we just like the taste, unfortunately the milk in the 2L bottles tastes different, we will be sticking with the the 1L cartons..
taste

2 litre tastes different to 1 litre cartons low fat version
My whole family loves zymil. Have been buying it for years. Glad to see 2 litre cartons are available but it seems to taste different than the 1 litre cartons. Could have something to do with different packaging? Plastic versus carton? Because it tastes so different, I will continue to purchase the 1 litre cartons. That's a real shame as we go through so much of it but all of us agree that it tastes different (low fat seems to taste creamer like full cream)
We love the taste of Zymil and it 'sits' better in out stomachs
Low fat 2 litre tastes different to 1 litre low fat carton

I can finally enjoy milk again
Love the stuff, normal milk makes me prone to bloating and being a bit......gassy. Zymil lets me enjoy milk again, without resorting to soy milk! I highly reccomend this to anyone who is gluten intollerant, no bloating, no gas and best of all no awkward runs to the toilet anymore!
Tasty, and price friendly
Cannot fault this product

All the family love it !!!
Found this product while researching for easily digestible food & drinks after Bowel Cancer surgery. Zymil milk has made a tremendous difference. Just found out there is now Zymil cream ... Would love to have yogurt available also. Have put the whole family on it - they all love it and feel the difference.
Good feeling in tummy and good taste.

Finally
Lactose free without it being soy! ^_^ So much win. I love my daily latte and my local cafe was the one to actually introduce me to Zymil - it was a life changing moment. It brings happiness into my life every morning, one coffee at a time. I'd love to see a complete range of lactose free dairy.
It's not soy

Milk addict converted
I have been addicted to milk since I was a baby, even as a toddler I would scream until I was given milk and would drink so much I would make myself sick, even in my adulthood I have always drunk a large volume of milk, I have suffered from severe eczema all my life and excess mucous in my chest as well as gastro type problems, since starting Zymil my eczema is a thing of the past, I am feeling a LOT less bloated and generally better. The only thing I am not so keen on is, a full glass, I used to drink a full glass of milk but Zymil is a bit sw...Read more
eet. I, like others, would like to know why it is sweeter as I checked today on the back of another regular trim bottle and it has the exact same amount of total sugars. The upside is I use less sugar in my coffee. Ironically the only reason I purchased it originally was because of the long expiry on the carton, as we have to bring our own milk to work and I only use it for coffee at work, so was hoping for something that lasted a bit longer than regular milk, it doesn't really last longer, but what a bonus! It doesn't have the side effects that regular milk gives me I still drink/use a lot of milk and need a 2litre bottle!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Its a really good product but very expensive just for one litre
The full cream version of Pauls Zymil is cheaper than the low fat milk version. Nevertheless both actually taste pretty good. I have on occasion bought these two variants due to my lactose problem. Pauls really know how to make these products well and I can't really say anything bad about them except for three things, the first being the price, the second that I wished they made something with a larger capacity other than just a single litre version; and third, from time to time, it makes me wonder why these types of milk are sweeter than other...Read more
milk I have tried. It makes me a little paranoid to think that they might have put sugar into it for extra flavouring. Whilst using these products, I've used it to make smoothies with my blender, coffees, breakfast cereals and just drinking it plainly out of a glass; and other times directly from the carton. Lactose-Free Private for a 1 litre, Taste can be somewhat too sweet3 comments
i also want to know why this milk is so sweet.....what is added.....someone said could be artificial sugar
It worries me that the ingredients don't show 'No added sugars", because the label shows sugar carbohydrate at 4.9gm/100ml? I'm T2 diabetic
Lactose is broken down by lactase in the gut into glucose and galactose. Glucose is the purest form of sugar. Zymil breaks down the lactose before you drink it, which is - I'm assuming - why it tastes... Read more
sweeter than milk. You'd get the same amount of glucose from regular milk but it's not broken down into glucose until it is digested so you don't taste it. I drink Zymil because my gut doesn't make lactase (lactose intolerant) but I'm now trying to figure out how they make the lactase. Evidently it's grown with mould or something like that. I also want to know if there's excess lactase in Zymil i.e. can it be consumed to help digest other dairy products at the same time. Anyone know?Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Love it
We use Zymill for coffee now with our commercial coffee machine and it makes THE BEST coffee. And no lactose intolerance issues either. It is more expensive than normal milk but we are happy to pay. It also does tend to spoil quicker than regular milk once opened. But still the best milk we've found!
lactose free, great in coffee
expensive

Love it!
As a lactose intolerant family and having a dislike for soy milk we were extremely happy to discover Zymil. I like the taste, consistency and it is even great when heated for my morning coffee.
3 varietys to choose from, not fatty like soy milk
More expensive but better for my health!
