I was so scared to buy these for my Labrador after reading soooo many bad reviews on them!
I ended up buying a pack and I'm so glad I did!
They actually really helped with his bad breath and he loves them so much! He wasn't sick at all and got them on special for half price in Woolworths for $8.75 for 28!! BARGAIN!

My dog really looks forward to getting one every day at lunch time. She knows where they are stored and goes and sits by the cupboard. On command she then sits on her mat and waits to get it. She has never had any adverse reaction all the years that she has been given it.
Purchased at IGA.

My dog looks forward to his treat everday, the new packaging and ingrediant formulation is better. It is lower in fat and good ratio of protein and good for weight concious dogs. I stock up in boxes when they go on special for $12.00 in large breed.
Purchased in for $12.

My dogs go crazy for these dentastix. They always chew them up so quickly it’s an easy way for me to keep their teeth clean. They also have a meaty kind of smell and they love that also. I have a German Shepard and a Husky.
Purchased in for $15.

Know better, choose better.
Been using Dentastix for well over 9 years, the dogs loved them and the vet always commented on the great condition of their teeth. Have just bought a 4 pack box of the 'NEW IMPROVED FORMULA' Yet to see if my dog reacts badly to the 'IMPROVED FORMULA'.
I absolutely love this product - not only because i have seen the rapid change in my dogs oral health but also because they love it. It's a great treat to give them on afternoons or weekends while I read a book in the back yard with them.
Have recommended to many of my friends with dogs & they all love it too!

My two fussy Collies are obsessed with these DentaStix - one of the few treats they'll eat with no persuasion. They appear from nowhere when they hear the sound of the alfoil packet crackling.
I'm happy with the nutritional content and composition (crude protein 9.5% and crude fat 2.6%).
They are intended to keep the dog's teeth clean and gums healthy, reducing tartar build-up by 'up to' 80%. My dogs' teeth and gums were healthy to start with, so I can only vouch for their maintenance.
They come in three sizes - small, medium and...
Read more large. I buy the large. Prices vary considerably between suppliers. The cheapest I've found is at Aldi, but they have them only occasionally. Otherwise I buy them when they come on special in one of the major supermarkets or they're quite expensive given they are a daily treat, especially if you have more than one dog. You can buy them in packets of 7, boxes of 28 or in some places, boxes of 56. If you can get them for less than 50c a stick, you're doing well. (The recent Aldi special had them at less than 40c a stick, so I stocked up).Related Articles
