My husky loves these treats. He only gets 1 a day. My only gripe is that they have shrunk in size AND also they have gone up in price. Usually it's one or the other. They were both the large dog size.

My dog has been on dental stixs for last 5 years . At first all was good. Then after a little while dog would vommit up. We didn't even consider it being the dental stix as was having it for a while already. . As time past we still didn't consider the dental stix as he would only vommit once in a while. Dental stix was given almost daily to every to days . Then we tried to eliminate what it could be thinking his food etc . Changed that still vommit from time to time. Still not thinking dental stix as a normal thing . We stopped all treats and ...
Read moreso on. Now finally after stopping complete all treats not even a little bit of chicken and changed his food to best brand possible Ivory coat salmon and brown rice. The only thing apart was the dental stix . So we dropped that back to one every 3 days . Then was still vomiting but less. Finally we stopped and the dog stopped vomiting. Still using Ivory coat and nothing else no other treats . Wow after all this time my poor dog. It was the dental stix. My dog stopped and even looks happier. Your product is bad and personally needs to be looked at again seriously. It was clearly giving him grief for years. The stress for the dog the stress for us, the cleaning of vommit . Not worth it at all. Take your dog get his teeth cleaned once a year The costs of those dental stix will be the cost of the dog having teeth cleaned properly. The treat is not worth the pain your dog suffers . Finally after so long and all along it was those dental stix. . You should not be allowed to have this on the market. I Do not recommend I believe it's not good at all for animals .my poor dog, and the stress this product put us through is disgusting. You need to review your product seriously. It's a serious concern. I am so lucky my dog has not died. But I left I'm in pain for years not knowing it was your product. This product needs to be reported . How many more reviews re dogs being sick is allowed before this is reviewed. I am left feeling ill myself for not picking up on this earlier and leaving the dog open to more illness by continuing to give him these stix. What concerns me now is what other health issues will this have caused him moving forward . PlEASE review your product. Our fur babies are our family members too . They are not just an animal .
I know most of these reviews are from AU but I was researching why my dogs were sick with diarrhea and excessive vomiting and turned out to be the dentastix purchased at costco last week. Do not buy this trash despite what these obviously paid reviews say.

It caused a horrible diarrhea to my Labrador. Is the only thing he ate new. He was fine until he ate this a day ago
DONT BUY IT!! It may be toxic based on the previous reviews

My dog gets TERRIBLY sick after these. I would not recommend them to anyone. We took them out of her diet for MONTHS and finally gave her just ONE.. and what do you know? After months of no stomach issues, 2 days after eating these she started vomiting and having diarrhea. Seriously, if you care about your dog don’t give them these. So, so awful.
Bought these from Costco thinking that since they are from a reputable brand they’d be safe. Wow was I wrong! Within 10 hours of ingesting these treats, she was vomiting blood. I called the vet and they took her in right away as an emergency. Performed CPR on her as long as they could with no success. She passed away and we are heartbroken. If I had read these reviews and knew that these treats were straight poison, I would never have bought them. Why are these “treats” still on the market? Learn from my experience and DO NOT purchase. Spread the word, save your dogs.

I was so scared to buy these for my Labrador after reading soooo many bad reviews on them!
I ended up buying a pack and I'm so glad I did!
They actually really helped with his bad breath and he loves them so much! He wasn't sick at all and got them on special for half price in Woolworths for $8.75 for 28!! BARGAIN!
My girl has had explosive diarrhea since eating one a day for 3 days. This is the only change to her very restricted diet. She isn't allowed anything from the table and eats only her dog food and occasional treats when training. Last night she soiled her kennel and bedding to the point of being ruined. She has been lethargic and sickly all day. Do not give this poison to your dog!!!

Had I read the reviews before buying, I'd never have got these for my boxer mix.
However, I didn't see the reviews, so I got some Dentastix for my 28kg boxer mix for her dental health, and she LOVES them. She has one daily. They are her favourite treat.
I don't recall if she had an upset tummy when she first started having these a year ago; it's possible, but she was new to our family and with her completely altered diet, it would have been no surprise if she had diarrhoea at first. She certainly doesn't have issues now, and she has only ever vomited once, and that was due to a new medication a few months back.
I don't know if we just got lucky, or if everybody else has been unlucky or made the wrong correlation, but I'll keep buying these for as long as my dog keeps eating them.

I thought I was purchasing a quality treat for my beloved pet. Unfortunately, dentistix bones upset my dog's gut and the gas it gave him was horrendous.
I will never purchase these again.

I have two perfectly healthy dogs. Just went to the vet last week, and in tip top shape. I gave them each HALF a stick in their size and go to their crates to let them out in the morning and they are covered in diarrhea and vomit. They have both been off and on vomiting and diarrhea, and that’s the only thing that’s changed. I wish I would have read more reviews before hand; there are so many stating several things. Please don’t buy this product for your dog!

Vomited immediately after eating, twice before I looked up reviews.
Buddy vomited immediately after eating. Thinking it was something else the first time I gave him another days later and he immediately vomited again. I wish I'd read the reviews online first that speak to a lack of anything in them that actually helps teeth and a bad company recall and ingredients history. Buddy had never vomited before from anything. These need to be removed from Chewy site.

These gave my dog large sores all over his body. Took me a few months to figure it was the sticks that were causing such grieve for us, not to mention an expensive vet bill.
