Where's the ice cream?
They were on special so I bought these for a change only to find that two out of the four Drumsticks had three quarters of the ice cream top missing. Certainly not something that you would expect! I tried to enter (below) where I bought them but the drop down choices are odd...mostly medical?

Trash
I just bought the new Drumstick X Messina, Mango and Salted Coconut. It was terrible, icy fake icecream and while I tasted mango, the coconut escaped me. Recently loved the pistachio drumsticks I had in Vietnam, yes, Vietnam. 100% superior, wonderful flavour and rich creamy icecream.

Peter's Ice Cream Customer Service
Annoyed that again purchased a 4 pack of Peters Drumsticks and found 50% less ice cream in the cones. I thought the wrapped product felt lighter than it should be and the reason was that only a vertical half serve of ice cream was provided in each cone. Shrewdly Peters show the "weight" of the product on the box in ml rather than in grams. Not sure how the whole of a cone can be measured in a liquid state when clearly it's not.
For each cone topping was in place and there was no evidence whatsoever of the product melting in transit from th...Read more
e factory or after purchase. Clearly a production fault. When this was raised with Peters customer service with required photos, batch number, barcode they blamed the retailer Woolworths, the transport company etc anyone but Peters. Their solution was for me to go away and seek a refund from Woolworths who being a responsible retailer would give it. But as others have mentioned on this site that does not hold to account the manufacturer's sloppy processes and lackadaisical approach to customer service. Not wishing to go through the half-serve farce again I will not be buying Peters ice cream products again.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Getting smaller for the same price
Downsizing seems to be the trend today. But what happens when the product becomes so small you think you've got a Coles mini? At a maxi price! At some point Peters are going to have to get back to the original size and realise that people will pay a reasonable price for a product they love. Continuing to downsize will have a negative effect on the product - and the company. We are not fools!

Less than full drumsticks,
Second box of drumsticks with the same fault, Ice cream missing. Peters blaming Woolworths, for allowing product to partially melt. Although i supplied batch no, receipt no, date of purchase etc, i have to return whats left to Woolworths, The problem is Woolworths. Seemingly Woolworths allowed product to partially melt...NOT Peters..??? GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The best in the market
Drumsticks are far more superior when it comes to the market for good tasting and good quality icecream treats. They have chocolate on them that tastes richer than other competitors such as the cornetto (their chocolate lacks flavour and tastes cheap). Sometimes the icecream can come with defects such as an airpocket in the top of the cone where there isn't icecream which is a let down, however, I would still choose a drumstick over any competitor out there.

Leathery cone
Just tried the choc chip peanut butter cookie. Overall it was good. My only complaint is that the cone was like leather

product is acheap mockery
It very small. The cone barely edible and everyone broke in half. They making money by cutting every cornet. Not worth the price even when half price

Abit inconsistent with quality
Bought from Coles the boysenberry flavour. The drumstick cone was soft and miserable. Certainly not worth a cent each.
Went back to Woolies. This time there was hardly any boysenberry sauce instead there were more choc flakes doesn't look melted and though the drumstick was crunchy.

An all-time favourite
Still a favourite from childhood years. Creamy vanilla ice cream, peanuts and chocolate all blend together to form a delicious treat!

Rubbish cheap fake kid crap.
It's been years since I had a drumstick. Growing up in the 60s and 70s they were a real treat fantastic creamy beautiful high-quality what a disappointment to see their brand is given over to cheap flavourless confection it may as well have come out of a can disgusting I will never ever buy another drumstick as long as I live.
What a shame they have sold out I guess people who never knew quality wouldn't miss it.

So many choices
I love Drumsticks and I love trying all their new flavours. The original is the best but its good to shake things up with a new flavour every now and then.

Dissapointing all round
I have just bought my first, and definitely my last "Peters Drum Stick." I cannot find words to accurately describe what I bought. It was "Icy" not "creamy".It was very small and almost "tasteless" I am sorry I wasted my money on this product. Never again.

1/2 price... 1/2 size?
Has been years since I brought Drumsticks but Coles had 4 pack 1/2 price last week so I got a pack of the boysenberry. I was amazed how small they now are. I even checked the pack to make sure they were not 'minis' like other brands make. Not even worth the 1/2 price cost.

Human parts in my daughters icecream.
My daughter was chomping on her drumstick when she felt something odd in her mouth and pulled out a full (obviously female) finger nail.
Very concerned about their tactics regarding hygiene, what happened to wearing gloves?
Not happy. Have let them know but returning their calls is difficult as you have to go over everything again and again, they take your message and tell you someone will call you back, thing is if you miss their call and call back it's the whole same repeating process, again and agin. then wait for a call back AGAIN. Still haven't actually spoken to the correct people yet!!!!!
