Great way to refresh your clothes
A friend had recommended this and it works well. Use it on my clothes to take off the fluff bits bringing the clothes back to close to new again. Also on my sheets when they start to pill up. The container is not huge so you have to remember to empty it when doing large areas.
Purchased in March 2021 at The Good Guys for A$10.00.

I've been using this for at least 6 months and am impressed how effective it is. It's impressive how much lint it actually removed - visible in the collection container. I've own cheaper versions that were much less effective and broke.

Highly Misleading & a very slow
This fabric shaver does not work fast like advertised. I had mild to medium pilling on cotton & bamboo bedsheets & this shaver took about 4-5 firm slow passes to remove it, With extreme pilling on poly cotton blanket covers in some places it took about 20 passes or more.
To get the last part you really have to press the thing down firmly. Doing bedsheets & quilt covers is like mowing a football field with a push lawnmover, very slow. About an hour of solid work on double sized bedsheets & blanket covers. Seems the blades dulled a bit after thi...Read more
s, apparently no replacement blades for this shaver so another criticism. Finally it does not make you bedding look like new again, it does nothing for the faded worn looking stitching of the material. I think this product will last about 2years max with bed pilling before the blades are too blunt. It seriously needs a larger more effective head with replacement blades.1 comment

Jumpers like new
I am very happy with this Machine it is battery operated but they seem to last for ages I purchased one for $29.95 through a catalogue which was power operated and had problems with it I actually purchased two both had problems. This Philips machine is fantastic, the blades are sharp and it has a clear compartment where you can see the fluff build up. I think I paid $12.95 at Good Guys
