Hi Rana, that's an interesting question. Both models are offered in Australia, so it's safe to say that it's not designed for the USA only. As for the effects on the electricity: we just asked our specialists to look into it and tell us if there are any. You'll be the first to know as soon as we know more.

Sorry that we weren't able to reply to you sooner, but we are glad that you found it out yourself already. :) The colours are indeed the only difference.

Our apologies, Jilly. To purchase online in Australia, you can make an email enquiry to [email protected] The part number to quote them for the grilling plate is 882991020710. Pity to hear about your disappointment for not getting the divider. We have not included it with the product for a couple of years now since there has been very little demand. If there's anything else we can help out with, please let us know. :-)

Hi Helena. That's an easy one! It's the color. The HD9220/66 is red and the HD9220/20 is black. Pick your favorite. ;)

Viva Collection Air Fryer HD9220/66

After 6 months using the airfyer, I found that it is not enough to only clean the pan and the rack. The space all around the top of the airfyer is very dirty and difficult to clean. Once the pan and rack is taken out to wash, the top part of the inside space is also filled with dried fatty substance and when wiped, black pieces of burnt substance fall out. These places were never highlighted to be cleaned. How can we clean all these parts as well?

Thank you for coming to us with your query, Hani. It is important to maintain your Airfryer properly, so we're glad we can be of assistance in the cleaning process. We advise you to clean your Airfryer after every usage. The pan and the basket can both be cleaned in the dishwasher, To clean the outside of the Airfryer, please wipe the outside of the appliance clean with a moist cloth. For more information and tips, please check the following link: http://www.p4c.philips.com/cgi-bin/cpindex.pl?ctn=HD9220/66&dct=QAD&faqview=1&mid=Link_FAQs&refnr=0108569&scy=AU&slg=ENG&view=aa12_view_partial.html.

If these steps did not help, we kindly advise you to contact our product team. If you are in Australia, please call 1300 363 391.
