I have been doing photo books for years with this company, I have never had a problem. The quality is excellent, the order was completed and returned in the expected time frame . I have also send books overseas.

I did a 60 page photo book with Photo bookshop and once I got the hang of the voucher purchase system the completion of the book was reasonably straightforward. The order was completed and returned in good time. The quality was fine.

A horrible experience. A total waste of money. The program is useless, it showed me a totally different picture what I ended up with. Very disappointed. And I bought 2 lots...Do not buy anything from this company!!

Have high expectations and they are always met. All 50 plus books I have made over the years have been of a high standard and certainly well priced. Software easy to use.

I got a collage frame 40x40 pics came out almost microscopic spoke to customer service who was rude and never fixed problem frame was made of cheap material also wouldn’t recommend

I been ordering books with you guys for a while now
I am very pleased with the results every time
If you have the books out on the coffee table you pick them up and remember that holiday not packed away in a photo album

Have been using Photobook shop for over 14 photo books -all have come back very good doesn't take long to have the books processed have had a lot of fun making some of them using scrapbooking can be a bit complicated ordering the finished project I make the books on desktop not using internet so getting back and forth to send the project off can be confusing however - being able to purchase vouchers with excellent discounts is great and with 6 months to play around with the project is good as well -happy with photobook

I love photobookclub. Not being a computer whiz does not hinder my ability to use this site. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. Last order I needed to speak to a customer support person and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I have now made numerous photo books and they have all turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend photobookclub.

I redeemed Flybuys points for my first order (60 page, hardcover photo book) -so I didn't really expect much. Regardless, I took my time and had my fingers crossed when I submitted the order. Not only did my book arrive on time as promised, but it was fantastic! The quality was way beyond my expectations - I'm so happy that I can't wait to do it again.

My book is lovely. Even better in hard copy than I thought it could be.
The delivery was appalling. Maybe change your company. The book was dropped in a puddle then thrown onto the front door mat. Only that I was home and saw/heard the delivery (the bell was not rung) was I able to save the wet (The cardboard was sodden) from penetrating to the pages. The top corner of the spine was slightly bend but not so as to ruin the book.

Good colour throughout made even some of my dodgy photos look pretty good.
It's good being able to move things around and try different groupings sizes as well as use the standard templates for layout

I have quite the collection of photo books and canvas prints, I have created many beautiful books and made many fantastic gifts for my loved ones.. all from this company.. the quality never lets me down. The software is user friendly and the speed of delivery 1st class... service is always there if help needed, and the price!? the price is always right!.. BRILLIANT..

An excellent product which produced a most memorable record of a recent holiday. The quality of the final product was excellent and the time from sending the prepared book to the publishers and its return was great. We are very happy with the job. Our only criticism would be that the process of construction of the book was, at times, not self-evident and the help "button" returned a "not-available" notice. Otherwise just great. We are in the process of preparing another book with the same company at the present moment.

I purchased some vouchers after I having my first canvas produced and was delighted with that. The vouchers were soon to expire so I uploaded some of my photos to have made into canvas pictures. I was delighted again with the result. Speed of delivery was great, I found the web site a little tricky and was unable to make work on my iPad but could work out on pc. A few phone calls were required but all worked out well

An opportunity to finally print out all of the random pics I had on my phone for about 8 years! Good price. Quality product. Support staff very helpful. Will probably order another book in the future.

We love our project. Thankyou for enlarging it to as good size. It is a wonderful memory from our holiday. It take pride of place in our hallway. The only downside was the company who delivered it left the box at the front door of our apartment building where it could have been stolen. Glad I came home early to find it.

I have had many books through this company and think the service and product are excellent. My only comment would be that the printing is a bit too dark. Otherwise, I am very happy
