We used 120page 26x33 book for our first ocean cruise with another cruise line. The cruise was fantastic and this book perfectly captured the many enjoyable moments of our adventure. Thank you Photobookshop for prompt efficient service.

My much loved mum passed away and after her memorial service I made a keepsake from her funeral. It contained the booklet, her eulogy, speeches made by family and the guest book. I also included pictures of paintings and poems she did. A special keepsake of a dearly loved mother, grandmother, sister and friend. The finished product was amazing. We received it promptly which enable me to show other family members and we have the ability to now reorder for other family members who would also like one. Thank you Photobook Shop. I was happy to receive my recent photobooks in a timely manner. The red tones in both books were very strong. Pinks and orange clothing looked almost red and skin tones were much too orange.

After many successful projects recording my holiday photos using Photobook Express, I ventured into making a photobook for multiple copies to be printed as an historical reference for the members of our small community. Erin from PhotobookShop made the whole process flow smoothly from our first to final proofing and eventual printing of 90 copies. Our community members are delighted with the book, the quality of the paper, the colour and clarity of all the photographs.

All the photo books I have had printed have been fantastic - beautiful print quality and paper bring my photos to life. The special offers make the price of products very competitive and result in good value for money. The program is easy to use and offers the ability to either use set templates or manipulate both text and photos to particular layouts preferred for each page. My daughter and her family loved the book I made for them.

A five star rating to Photobook Club / PhotobookShop for a job well done! Instead of our normal 2 or 3 copies of a simple family album, we decided, for the second time, to use Photobook Club to produce a larger (but still limited) print run of one of our historical publications. Using Photobook Club we get both full colour and hard cover for a price unachievable via our normal commercial printery. The Photobook Club software is equally adept at handling a mix of text and photos as it is at presenting just your family or holiday snaps. And to cap it off, team leader Erin made the task of obtaining a quote for 25 copies and then ordering / paying for / uploading the project a totally seamless undertaking. So easy!!

I tried the Layflat Photobook design for my latest Photobook, and am very happy with the finished product. It feels loop quite luxurious, with the premium paper, I would recommend it.

I've been buying the books for some years now and cannot recommend them more highly, the quality is professional in every way, recently I had a problem sending my completed book, BEN G was great he was very tolerant in helping and guiding me through the troubleshooting process, it was difficult for me as I'm not good at IT, Ben was super patience, and helpful, we succeeded after a few days of sending emails back a forwards.....I was so happy that BEN G solved my problem..I thank him as his effort was appreciated....looking forward to receiving my book. Bought a 100 page 28x22 photobook for a really good price, then created a very special piece of memorabilia which included over 600 photos. The quality of the pics reproduced by Photobookshop was terrific; clear and colourful irrespective of the sizes. And being able to use the program which was installed on my computer made the task of compiling my book so much easier. Very happy with the whole process. Back in the old days I'd print my photos (300 a year) and pop them into albums....I stopped doing that when I went digital...and rarely looked back at them. Now since I've made one book successfully I will continue to make them as a way to show off my annual pictures.
So many choices from colour backgrounds, frames, fonts etc...make choosing hard BUT this makes your photo book personal.

Highly recommend trying it once...I think like me you will make more.

This was my first time making a photo book. So I downloaded the software and built it on my computer over the course of a week (as I chose a 30x30cm book with 120 pages.
Software was easy to use, gave some great templates to start me but then also allowed me to completely customise both text and photos.
Upload was easy and even impatient me was surprised by how quickly the finished book was delivered.
Fantastic product which met my expectations and some.
Really recommend!!

Ordered a photo jigsaw weeks before Xmas.
Unfortunately it didn't turn up in time to give as present on the day
The quality was also pretty average. Cutting of the pieces is quite rough.

Overall I wouldn't rush to buy from them again.

Great quality photobook and a great way to keep your photographic memories. The formatting can be a little tricky to begin with but once you get the hang of it its easy to create great books.

We love our Photobook as a way of preserving memories. Quality is good and time frame great. Software easy to use.

My Photobook is just how I wanted it and Photobookshop did a wonderful job. I am giving it to my husband for his birthday on Sunday as it contains many family memories. I am sure he will be delighted.

I received the phonebook 5 weeks after I submitted it. Customer Service including the Supervisor and Manager were aware of the delay and made no effort to speed up the process.

I have been waiting 6 weeks for 2 framed prints, phone calls and emails and online chat help has got me no closer to finding out what the delay is with my order. "I will get back to you " is the standard reply - and the support ticket was closed....or I have to sit on the phone for almost a hour while they check with production, to be told the order will be sent out today ( a week ago ) and it was not. Waste of money and huge disappointment as the prints were to be gifts...I feel ripped off!

I purchased a voucher in Groupon for a canvas print at Photobookshop. It has been 60 days and I have not received the print. There is a 7 day promise to deliver once you placed the order but this is not true. They even do not have the courtesy to advise you about the delay when they miss the 7 day promise. I did a follow up on the 33rd day of waiting and 27 days later I am still waiting and have not receive the order. I might not receive my order despite paying extra. This is not worth your time and money - an absolute fraud.

Ordered a book and was told it would take 4-14 business days. After a month I rang them to find out why it still hadn't been shipped but was showing "in production" in the "Track my order" link. I was told it was nearly finished and would be shipped by the end of the week (2 days). A week later I emailed their support desk with the same query and was told 2 days later that it was "in production" ("track my order" already told me that). In the mean time I have received 20 promotional emails from Photobookshop urging me to hurry and put another order on before their SALE ends! (I haven't sent them 20 emails urging them to hurry and deliver my previous order before my patience ends!).
