Coupons are well worth!

I have purchased at least 12 coupons and made many books for myself and now for my friends. The quality of the paper is really good and I am currently doing 6 more books and 6 calendars. The quality of my books (most of mine are of holidays) are fantastic and I will continue with this company. The customer care has improved and if there has been a problem it has been sorted out. I love these books!
I personally like the program. Once you spend a little time with editing you will get quicker at making your book.

I have used Photobooks Express about 4 times now and my photobooks have been amazing.. Anytime I have had an issue, I email them and they get back to me straight away. All vouchers have been honoured everytime, whether it has been through their site or a deal site. Never had a problem. Love the tools and experimenting with them, the effects you can create are great. Would highly recommend them to anyone !!
Great software, quality of photos, reliable, efficient and have great deals.
Sometimes faces came out a bit red but nothing major.

Will never use again!

Purchased a voucher on their website after receiving a special deal offer. Took over three hours to compile my book, but then on checkout they wanted to charge me the full price. There is no phone number to contact them you have to rely on emails, which are slow. When I tried to see my book again it is no longer there! All those hours wasted. Still waiting on the help desk to sort it out. Not Happy Jan!

Too hard to get help with simple problem of checking out and getting charged correct amount.

Terrific quality album

I have now made 3 albums using photobooks express and have been very happy each time. Some of the tools that are available to enhance the page layout are a bit beyond me, but I am very happy with the result. I love the fact that a picture can go on the cover. I find the backgrounds and special effects quite adequate.

Overcharged every single time - misleading vouchers!

I've used this a few times now and have been ripped off every time. You do not get what you pay for with the voucher at all (which is misleading and in breach of component pricing laws). When you try to redeem your voucher, they charge you more without explanation. I've tried without success to get help and refunds however the one girl who provides 'support' is completely disinterested and just plain antagonistic and rude. Never again and I intend to warn everyone off this site.

If you know desktop publishing, this software is a breeze.

Terrible, never I will buy again on line photo albums

Terrible service, software doen not work, freeze pics, photos dissapared.
Never I could finish the album and never I received anything, not even a software by mail.
The online helpers does not respond promptely, wrong messages, not proper training, no money refund, hard to understand the process of the software, etc

Do you have quality control??? If so they are useless. Received a calendar for Xmas and the first page was covered in banding lines. Terrible quality. Yes I know you probably have thousands of orders but surely the person wiring the calendar saw the problem. Otherwise retrain them

A lot of our Projects tends to have the washed out, faded, stripey backgrounds so a team member may not have noticed the error. However if the error was very noticeable, we are curious to learn more about this.

Would you be able to send 2 Photos to [email protected] and a team member will be able to help you with the replacement and also learn who was creating your order.
