They are manipulative and untrustworthy, they caused more then $10,000 worth of damage to my car and stole my number plates! i have attempted to resolve these issues with them for over 3 months now and have gotten no where. if i could give them a lower star rating i would! in all honesty i hope they go out of business just so no one else gets scammed by these scums anymore!

To help ensure you have a good experience try and remove emotion from the auction process, make a plan in advance and stick to it.

Most used vehicles have damage, read and understand the condition report to ensure you are comfortable with it before hand.

I recently purchased an Accident Damaged Vehicle from Melbourne. Prior to the On-Line Auction I spoke with Trish, who went out of her way to guide me through the process, as I was a "First-Time Bidder". I found the whole experience went flawlessly, and I attribute this too the "Great Customer Service that I had received from Trish. Well done.

The first auction I have ever bid on with pickles. I went to view the item at eagle farm before bidding and the receptionist could not have been more helpful. After winning the item the invoice was sent promptly. The zero balance invoice followed and I was permitted to collect the item early as I had all the documentation. The reception and delivery staff were also very polite despite it being a wet Friday afternoon. I will bid on other items after this experience.

Auction process was easy and convenient even for first timers. The guys at the yard in WA were very helpful getting my item hitched up to my car in time for closing to avoid a second trip.

We brought a Mazda in Sydney and a caravan in Melbourne. When we called they explained the car as they walked around it exactly. With the van they helped with who to transport with and all went very smoothly.

I have purchased a number of vehicles from pickles auctions and have found it to be the best way to obtain another vehicle . On many occasions this information has been passed on to my friends and relatives and now use the same procedure to purchase cars.

I buy caravans and there is enough information to give you an informed description. The only negative is you still cannot physically inspect the vans. Covid restrictions have finished so there is no reason to keep the yards closed. Please let the buyers inspect the vans. Thank you

I have dealt with product auctioned online a number of times now, and all the product had been stored in Milperra.
On each occasion the the ability to address and questions, access easy pickups and general accounts staff have been really good to deal with. Highly recommended!

Won an auction for a scientific equipment item that was about 1/6th of new. I called up the warehouse to see if it worked before bidding and the staff were very helpful.

Had bought a salvage motorcycle almost two weeks ago online from bankstown site. I won the auction for a fair price. I arranged delivery through pickles as I was guessing this was the safest most efficient option I requested that it be delivered between 10-11am and we arrange the day . It had taken almost two weeks for the bike to be delivered and when it did yesterday at almost 3pm the delivery driver had accidentally made it fall over causing more damage. When I asked if he had the key he said no and left. Tried calling them multiple times with people just telling me they will get back to me soon they have not.

Won a successful bid on a machine shop item in recent military good auction. Bidding process was relatively easy and straightforward. Collection folk at Albury were very helpful. Overall I am very happy with hte purchase and the auction experience.

I was recently watching a live audction waiting for the skid steers to come up. I pushed the bid button on an item I didn’t want thinking it would pop up with ‘are u sure u want to bid’ or something similar as I had not placed a bid with pickes before. I was feeling relieved when it popped up with “ your bid was unsuccessful the auction is closed” as the bid is instant with no second chances. I even commented to my husband that was lucky. I have been buying from Pickles Auction for 10+years, never had a drama with service or vehicles, machinery. Good item description and pics, and if I need more info on the item - I call and the staff help with any enquiries.
