The team were punctual and explained everything they were doing to protect my home from termites. First time using them and I would highly recommend them as I will be using them again in the future.

Had a quote for a 5 villa complex. Quote read "Dust roof voids, treat subfloors and external areas with an approved client agent". On arrival was told they would only do common areas and not all external areas. When sale person was contact by the person undertaking the task the phone was handed to me and sales person started yelling at me so I handed back the phone as I will not be spoken to it that manner. They then agreed to do all of the outside areas sue t the misunderstand of the quote. My grip is being yelled at by a sales person. I am a customer and expect to be treated with respect.
