Diesel Heater
They have had my faulty diesel heater for nearly a month now promised to send a new one but no show despite numerous emails which i get no answer

Family Camping
I bought a fully enclosed off road camper. Very happy with it for the price, obviously cant expect it to compare to a big $$$ camper. The initial set up took some time but we are slowly getting much quicker as we go. The external cover was torn about 300mm square when we recieved it in Perth but after a phone call to Greg at Pinnacle campers we had a new one delivered to my house in about a week. p everything stayed dust free. plenty of extra storage and it tows well. Great kitchen with easy gas and water connection the chains on the draw bar did not meet WA liscencing requirements so i had to cut them off and weld new ones on to get it over the pits

Don't buy Pinnacle- It will be an absolute nightmare. Hoping we don't loose to many 1000's of $$ with this terrible purchase.
Cheap at $9500 and plenty of extras.
This trailer was obviously built with substandard materials, poor workmanship and non-existent quality control. As soon as we received it things started snapping, bending, collapsing and failing. It's currently unusable and unroadworthy after a month of owning it!

hundreds of kilos! We had been tossing up between this and a slightly lighter trailer and ended up going with Pinnacle. Had we known it would be so much heavier than what we thought we were paying for we would have gone with our other option. When I wrote to them outlining the 13 defects and false advertising they told me weight didn't make a difference to a trailer and if i wanted to return it I would have to deal with consumer affairs, fly down to VIC and take them to court. I have just received delivery of wood burner stove S212 WOOD HEATER sort bin 30873 CN:PIW000044310 Item00251832000044310001 looks good but I have noticed that there is no heat seal rope gasket on the top of the glass on the door. is this normal as smoke and heat will pour out when i start it up, I dont want to return the stove just for this. can you assist me please. Looking at a 2008 off road pinnacle camper trailer, has mould on the roof where water had got into the cover, also water damaged/mould under the mattress (plywood). Apart from this its in good condition especially the other rooms (never used).can you buy a new tent top at all?
Or can l replace the plywood?
Can l get the mould off?
Please help

I'm not a rep of Pinnacle, Just did a review a while back when i had some issues (which they fixed for me and I havent had an issue since!).
I know they do sell the toppers alone on both their website and Ebay I believe.
I recently Had mould build up on some canvas chairs and used vinegar and sun with great success. so you may be able to do just that.

Received a new heater which worked straight away after I installed it, I was told all along that it was my fault that the original heater would not work due to my install well the new one is working fine, same install
