Awful experience
If there's an option for no stars, I would definitely select that. My entire experience with the online Priceline store has been absolutely shocking and unacceptable. They have not responded to any of my emails regarding my order and its been almost 2 weeks now. Not to mention, my package arrived crumpled up with dirty marks all over the the ordinary product.
Absolutely shocking customer service and would definitely not recommend purchasing with them. Such an awful experience.

BEWARE
I write this post with a sad face. I recently had a horrible experience with Advantage Car Rental, which I paid for through PRICELINE. The rep at Advantage refused to get me my rental car from their Kiosk, there was a note on the rental desk that told me to go there. I took the time to call Advantage and let them know what happened and to report the complaint. Now neither company will take responsibility and get me a refund. Priceline has been unwilling to help with an email address or phone number or have someone call me NOTHING! Please ...Read more
take my situation into consideration, is saving $10 worth this? I recommend not using PRICELINE - go directly to the carrier you are using as Priceline doesn't stand behind their transactions. BEWARE!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Only used 1 star as zero stars was not available
Tried to book a hotel room for dates in May somehow their website changed the dates to March . This was not noticed until the credit card had been entered. despite several attempts found them to be uncontactable. What is strange is that almost immediately after I cancelled the non refundable booking through their website, I received an email from another booking service whom I had not contacted and they were offering me accommodation for the exact same dates in May and same property that I had entered into the Priceline site Go figure how that happened.. In a long list of prices most of which were the same Priceline stood out as substantially cheaper, there is reason for that . Caveat Emptor

Priceline Scam
I would rate the company zero stars if I could. They advertise in AUD but charge in USD so I got charged an unexpected extra $120 on top of what I expected to pay. The website price, email invoice price and total charged price are all completely different! And as you can guess the total amount charged was a lot more than advertised. Customer services are terrible they will not email or call you. Wait times over an hour and they disconnect when you tell them the issue. We also got booked in for the wrong room type. Total scam. They basically said it's not their problem. DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE

They have terrible shipping. It takes about 4 weeks to get your package. 4 weeks is a long time to wait for products needed now. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have just gone somewhere else

Dishonest and misleading. Booked a ticket showing price in AUD828, when I checked my credit card they charged AUD1215!
Inaccurate pricing. Misleading website price showing wrong currency. Long wait for customer service (more than 20 minutes!) dishonest and disappointing experience booking with Priceline. had to just cancel it which shouldnt cost anything within 24hr but still got charged $1.

Price is misleading
I booked three nights for a room in New York and the price is misleading. I had to pay an additional resort fee per night (which is written in small print) in addition to already paying for taxes and fees. Then when I contacted them regarding this they stated that their best price guarantee is not applicable because it was already past the deadline. Poor customer service.

BEWARE: Massive Scam
Booked a hotel room at an advertised price which then came out with a receipt for the same price. I was charged a significant extra amount on my Credit Card. When contacted, Priceline redirected me to Agoda who then sent me back to Priceline.
There was no acknowledgement of the blatant 'surprise' additional costs that popped up on my Credit Card.
False advertising and disgusting customer service that made no blatant attempt to rectify the situation.

Misleading ticket prices, unhelpful customer service
Booked a flight and the ticket price was shown in AUD, but I ended up getting charged USD (1.4x more than indicated!).
Called customer service but all they did was put me on hold and after 20min transferred me to the AirAsia customer service, which still didn't resolve my problem

Misleading stay clear!
Misleading and possibly deceitful!
After entering that we wanted a motel room for 2 adults and 2 children we were shown a list of options with prices (promoted as "recommended for family's"). The prices were a little cheaper than other booking sites, so we booked a room. Only after we made a booking, providing payment method (non refundable) and received confirmation that the booking and payment were shown to be for 2 adults only! We were required to pay extra at time of payment, meaning it is more expensive than other booking sites. First and last time, stay clear of priceline.com

Unethical and dishonest Company
I purchased a Business Class ticket on 4/16/18 from Priceline under an offer-heading called “EXPRESS DEAL". This offer came with a minimal amount of flight information and many false promises about getting the lowest possible price. All in order to make the price look artificially attractive. This is a fairly common scam known as BAIT & SWITCH.
Priceline did not reveal the flight time, the layover times, or the arrival time at my final destination. And for good reason. The layover time in Munich Germany alone was a minimum of 17 hours. Who k...Read more
nows what the maximum would have been? None of that critical info could be seen until you have entered your personal data and credit card #. And even then, Priceline does not ask you to confirm the flight because that would mean revealing the flight information. Priceline immediately charged my AMEX and then told me the ticket was non-refundable and non-changeable. I contacted customer service 2 minutes later to cancel the flight and after wasting 2 hours they not only refused to assist me but were quite rude. They also refused to give me credit toward another flight even if booked on Priceline. I trusted Priceline. That was a mistake I will never make again. This is in fact an unethical and dishonest company.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Pricing does NOT show currency type next to $ amounts
Scam website as they are the only company online to NOT show what currency the amounts are in next to those amounts. I searched on Google AU and then go to a site with all AU content but then find AFTER the purchase that it's all in US $ and NOT AU $. So there comparison price on Google that made them the cheapest was based on US $ and a complete scam as this is AUSTRALIA!!!!
Watch out as this is a ploy used by deceptive online companies to scam trusting customers.

Ok kool, within 24 hrs of this review they have updated their site to reflect currency being used. Obviously they realised their error and did the right thing.
