Disappointing Alaskan Cruise with only 1 day in Alaska!
Recently boarded the Island Princess for a 5night ALASKAN cruise to Ketchican and Juneau. Travelled from Australia. The ship had mechanical issues and we were meant to have sailed at 4.30pm. We were told at 4 there would be a delay and an update at 5.30. A passenger on the boat who knew someone in coastguard already knew we were not sailing that night.

Cruise was fine BUT THEY OWE ME MONEY AND WONT PAY
We took the 7 day Alaska cruise on 1st May 2018. It is now going on TEN weeks since we disembarked and they still won’t refund the nearly $300usd they owe me. I have contacted them multiple times in the last three weeks and just keep getting absolute garbage responses. At this point I am absolutely furious. DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS COMPANY! They take your money and refuse to refund it

Ok thanks, just phoned Princess Cruises 1300 number. It seems there is a glitch on webpage for beverage packages which it states is $79 A. But according to the consultant it is really $59 A. ( they will credit you back difference once on board.. ) Think I will wait til on board to order then if its not corrected before we travel in September this year..
