Great piece of equipment
A solid and compact machine. The cable system is smooth and the machine can work all your muscle groups. There isnt much you cant do on this machine. I have the additional 50lb weight stack added which is a great addition. (200lb total) Very happy with the quality of the product and will use for years to come.
Smooth cable system. Plenty of differnet execises that can be done. Compact machine.

what is the amount of weights on the studio 7
Mine came with 50kg (100lb) stack on it but I was able to upgrade to a 100kg (200lb) stack. This is PLENTY of weight. :) Enjoy
