Burnt Salmon tonight, No Worries Mate!
As my wife loves to over cook (especially salmon), I wanted to find a way for us to stop arguing. We purchased an extremely high output Highland stove, and the sales rep suggested Qasair was our best option for both the heat and odours. Trusting the rep has saved our marriage. The Qasair is whisper quite, there are no residual odours after a meal, filters are easy to clean and we are just happy. Lastly, the product is Australian made. I would highly advise anyone considering to buy.
