I've had this displeasure of being reported for abuse. I've inquired about the case. And received little assistance. And I've had to chase customer support to do it. I got a warning on the 10/09/13. And promptly requested information about it, not 15 minutes later.

More than 24 hours, I still had no response. I had to set up another customer support request, to answer a request, that was already running.

I've been on RHP for about a year and overall I've been satisfied enough. Most profiles seem genuine and there aren't many fakes on there, unlike other sites I've been on. Lack of members here in Adelaide is frustrating but there seems to be much more in other cities.
