For the price you can't fault this bike.
Bought this bike a few months ago for the reason of commuting to and from uni in the city for my first year, after that I move to the Clayton campus and will drive. As I only needed a commuter bike for a year, I went for the cheaper option that still had decent components and a bit of style. 3 months in and I am so impressed with this bike. It does everything I want it to, is simple, easy to service, never lets me down, and still looks the nuts. And yes it won't last forever, though I don't want or need it to. I bought it for $180 at their end ...Read more
of year sale...that's less than $3.50 a week and they even threw in a few extras. You can't argue what you get for the price as a means of transport and the service at the store is excellent. Simple, stylish, reliable, and inexpensive.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!
Great price, great bike.
Was happily shocked at the price, more shocked when the bile arrived and not only seemed great quality, but also included a large foot pump, a bike lock and very cool led front and rear lights which are very bright. None of that was mentioned in the website but greatfully received. Will definitely buy from you guys again.
Inexpensive, and extras came that were not expected.
Nothing bad. Had to adjust the brakes to stop a squeal but all good.

Affordable bikes and great service
Several months ago I bought a Griffon single-speed bike from Reid Cycles in Newtown, Sydney, for my commute to work. I needed an affordable bike that was low maintenance. Singlespeeds are low maintenance (no gears) and Reid's pricing was significantly lower than other shops.
I have been extremely happy with the bike and the service I've received from the team at the shop. One of the pedals cracked (not sure why) and they replaced it - no questions asked - with metal pedals. They also offer free brake and gear servicing for 12 months.
Price, customer service
