The staff at Results Laser Clinic Southland are incredible. My therapist and the assistant manager there always go above and beyond for me each and every time I enter the store. I am always greeted with a friendly welcome and smile, they are always presented well and always put their customers and clients first.

I will not go anywhere else for my treatments and I have refered all of my family and friends to the clinic, and they have all been amazed with the customer service and professionalism of the staff there. Thankyou Alysha and Simona for everything you have done for me, and the confidence in which you have given me due to the amazing service/treatments I have from you girls

Rude staff members, I was only 3 minutes late to my session and they made me wait and after a while they rudely telling me that I was late and they cannot do my treatment
they treated me disrespectfully and I and my friends will not do anymore sessions with them.

What a waste of time, I wish for them to close down

Treatments...laser brazillian...still have a patch that has obviously been missed during treatments after 10 sessions...not even the hairiest part!
Injectables.... $800 later crows feet still there and after 2 months forehead is already moving...have already been back once...just charged me for more....had injectables many times with much better RESULTS

All the therapists at the Chermside store are so kind and not intimidating with plastic looking faces like laser clinics Australia. They have not sold me useless products like the former mentioned and I will never go anywhere else because they always give me information and the science behind services they recommend.

No idea of the legal basis behind their refund policy. They blindly follow policy without using common sense. I was medically advised against having treatments which means their non-refund policy is moot. They still wouldn't give my money back. $130 seems to be worth losing a long term customer (my wife) and recommendations. Don't bother and if you do don't pay before receiving any treatment.

I have been at results laser for years. I purchased a package in 2014. When I came to do a session this year, they said it had expired and I had no more left. What a joke, they took my money and I didn’t get any service out of it. I continued to go to results laser in parramatta, I have been paying $150 for full legs, Brazilian and underarms for the last 4 sessions, I come in today on Saturday the 27th October and they want to charge me more. Claiming that it was on special and apart of a package, I have been paying full price for it all of 2018. I refuse to purchase any more packages and they Calim that I’m ripping them when my previous payments show I have always paid 150. Seriously get your system and people checked.

Horrible experience. Had one of the staff members roll her eyes at me and argue and carry on in front of others. No customer service skills and no people skills. Would not return and will not recommend to anybody.

I have been receiving laser treatments from RLC since the start of the year and have always had issues with the way my skin has reacted post laser treatments. The therapist did not give me any type of advice in regards to my skin being irritated and she just said it was because she shaved over the skin prior to lasering the area. I do not feel as though they used the right setting on my skin type according to the Fitzpatrick skin chart.

I’ve been going here for about seven years - not actually - for simple laser hair removal treatment. fiest four years or so I had a few regular therapists so got to know them and they got to know me. Last three years the company has gone progressively downhill, I haven’t seen the single therapist twice - a new girl every time I’m in and each is more and more rude and, to be frank, more bogan than the last. If you want polite service, go elsewhere!!

Therapist was passionate and treated me like a true queen, i left to go to another place for the cheaper prices, but they say you get what you pay for. i went back to the laser store and i have seen a few now but they all are amazing and i would never leave again. Thankyou girls if your reading this, your really changing lives

Huyen has been my laser and skin therapist for a year now and I can honestly say she is absolutely amazing! The customer service and just the service it self is just amazing. If you come in to the Preston clinic in Northland ask for her you won't be sorry.

Results Clinic is one of the better ones that i have been too. The prices are great, suits me well.
only downfall is i can only do late nights but they are always booked out and theres aways a wait on weekends. I always see them super busy so i try to avoid it on the weekend.
they greet you and care about you compared to other clinics that i have been too.

I have been attending Results Laser Clinic at Northland since May for my laser. The girls have been amazing, very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking at getting any service done.

Predominantly focused on making a profit. Managers have very little if no proper understanding of the medication schedules & no great concern for adverse affects on the clients. I would stay well away from this mob.
