I made an online order on the 31/07/2020 for 3 boxes of masks, I received them 18/08/2020. Very happy with the product and great value. I DO recommend the offer available. I was initially concerned after reading other online reviews, but all worked out. My only criticism is the initial lack of communication, but it all came good and I am happy.

I felt compelled to write this review as I have regained my confidence in this company, and there is a lot of negative reviews, but not many positive. Note - I have been a customer of Rhodes&Becket for at least 5 years.
THE BAD
I was one of the many customers scorned who ordered late last year and waited for it to turn up until the end of February, only to have an email sent out stating that I would receive a gift card in place of my order. I was not happy about this and asked for a refund, at which point I was told this was not an option.

Read morefter a few backwards and forwards emails, and being lied to on the phone saying "I was one of the lucky ones and my order was now on its way" which never turned up, I decided to wait until there was a sale to spend the gift card. I purchased with the gift card at 70% off in June (over 6 months after my initial purchase due to sizes not being available in previous sale periods). THE GOOD I contacted Rhodes & Becket via email several times after I placed my order due to delays, and got a response (usually within 24 hours). I am now sitting here having received my order in full, albeit being 2 months after it was placed. The positive here is it was a substantial order and extremely good value, and it turned up. So for those out there thinking they may never receive their order or are not sure whether or not to purchase from this company any more, I can confidently say it will turn up, and they have turned their customer service back around.- Product Quality

Placed order in November and had all the same issues as others. Got the voucher instead of refund and then used that to place updated order end of March. Took around 7 business days to be processed, but once shipped arrived in 2 days. The initial experience was obviously not great, but I must say since they have made the last changes to company it has been relatively smooth process. Hopefully it stays that way and I might buy another suit - after initially swearing never again!

I bought 5 shirts and 2 suits during the Boxing Day sales, the delivery of items I bought were delayed and i received them yesterday but I was updated on the delay constantly and I do understand that the company's website and stock system went down due to an attack on the business. I can see people are angry due to stock non deliver but it seems to me these guys are really trying to help and service their customers which I find ok. The shirts and suits delivered are excellent quality like always. Good service and excellent product!
