Read moreder 5 a beanie and thermals wouldn't go astray. The hood on the sleeping bag is quite large as well which when pulled tight keeps you warm enough. There is an internal pocket that is meant to fit your phone or mp3 player in it but it is quite small. I've used this sleeping bag in temperatures of 0 to 5 degress C and have still felt quite cold but putting another layer on was perfect.
